Hi I recently signed up for a Pinterest account, but I can not tell if the link on your profile page is "Do-follow" or not. Thank you in advance for your help.

Different landing page "stole" keyword.

Hi everyone. So I optimized and used the on-page grader for landing page A. I got it down from 15 to 9 on its ranking. Weirdly, that keyword and landing page A tanked to 60 on its ranking, seemingly overnight. While this was all happening, landing page B, which was never optimized for this keyword, effectively "stole" the keyword and it now has a ranking of 9 for this keyword. As I see it, this keyword and landing page B don't match as well as the keyword and landing page A, but I don't want to lose the increased organic traffic I now receive. Does anyone have insight to this or direct me to an already answered question regarding this? Thanks a ton, -Josh

Should I delete past blogs that are "unoptimized"?

Hi guys, I was recently brought on to do basic contracted content marketing for an ecommerce website built on Shopify. They have a ton of old blogs that were written with NO keywords in mind. The meta tags are totally different for what they want to get found for, links, ALT tags, etc. Should I delete all of those blog posts? Or just start optimizing new blogs? Thanks so much, Adam

Filler words like "for" in keyword phrase

Hey, I wonder what the effect of filler words like "on" or "for" is when I try to rank for a certain phrase. Here is an example, lets say i try to rank for "best apps iphone" but the grammatically correct usage in the headline or text is "best apps for iphone". Is there any difference or should I use the exact keyword without "for"? Thanks!

Internal Linking inside page content

Hi! Actually, i have been getting down after i fix internal links on each page. What i have done is linked keywords to the concern pages from other pages on same website. But i see the result going down in the google organic list. is this bad practice? example: http://www.nortekk.no/vi-utforer/blikkenslager-15/ Keyword : blikkenslager 1. Best keywords to go after..with a "twist"

I have a website where I target basic training recruits going into the military. But this dang trend going around where "civilians" are signing up for these boot camp classes are throwing off my thinking that most of the traffic for keywords like basic trianing and boot camp are meant for these civlians. How can i best find the keywords that will target military recruit? I am looking for some good anchor texting keywords.

Keyword Research: Does Google view the word "and" as an "or" statement

I'm doing keyword research and one of the terms I have found that work for my website are "exercise and vitamins". One of my colleagues told me that Google views searches that contain the word "and" as an "or" statement (i.e., the searcher is looking for either "excercise" or "vitamins"). My understanding of the word "and" is that it is a stop word, which is ignored by Google. Which is correct?
