Getting Started: Multiple Campaigns VS Single Campaign
-
I'm new to Moz and am trying to determine whether to create multiple campaigns broken out into product categories or a single campaign and label keywords by product category.
I figure the majority of the folks in the Moz Community are in agency space, so most probably prefer a single campaign per client. We're an in-house marketing team so we have the ability to track up to 10 campaigns but only need to track a single website.
I like the idea of having the different campaigns for different product categories, but I don't want to make things overly complex either. Just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Hey, Dave here from the Help Team!
This is really up to you and how you want to organize your campaigns, however I think you are right about not overly complicating it. I would suggest that you track your entire domain in one campaign and categorize your keywords with labels. If you decide to later track specific sections of you site, you can, but its probably good to have one campaign with an overall view of your entire site. Hopefully that helps!

Multiple campaigns for one website with multiple services?
Hi. Brand new to Moz Pro today. Question about whether to set up multiple campaigns for one website that promotes multiple services. I own a law firm and we have one main location, one website, 5 attorneys, and about 8-10 practice areas we promote. Each practice area has its own page and related content in the form of guides and blogs. Website is southernmarylandlaw.com. I only have this one website to track and promote, so I initially thought I only have one campaign. But I do want to track these separate practice areas separately. Each will have separate competitors, for instance. Each will need a separate set of keywords. People tend to search for a particular type of attorney, not just for the generic "lawyers." Should I use my 10 campaigns to set up a different campaign for each practice area we promote? Am I doing something wrong by tracking my one website 10 different times in my account? If I do not do this, then how do I possibly track the various practice areas and their separate keywords and competitors? Thanks for all your help and suggestions!

Error Selecting Search Engine During Moz Campaign Set-Up
Hi, I'm setting up a Moz campaign for a new client, and when I get to the third step, "Choose the search engines for which you would like to track rankings," there's nothing to select. No drop down, or anything, just a blank field under the heading. If I try to advance, I get an error pop-up that says I must select a search engine. Has anyone else run into this problem? What should I do? GlWPAsc zAmzqFf

Creating a new campaign?
Hi, Upon signing up I clicked the link to create a new campaign, but nothing happened. The background loaded and that was it. I tried refreshing and still nothing. I went to the Pro dashboard and keep seeing "Oops! Try refreshing the page, if that doesn't work, please click here to contact our help team." Under campaigns there's no button I see to create a new one. The documentation about it here:

is outdated. I tried putting in a support ticket but the link doesn't work, just redirects me back to the top of the page. I was using Firefox but switched to Chrome, but neither browser works. Any ideas? I have to say this isn't exactly the best first impression...0 -

Down for me? Or everyone? 504 errors on campaigns and research tools.
Additionally direct emails to help@moz.com don't work and return a permanent failure error. There's also no verification email coming through when using the message form page to contact support, I'm presuming it's emailing the above email but also failing.
