Why doesn't the Keyword Explorer "Explore By Site" work?

Whatever page/domain url I put in here, I get a message coming up saying ""Getting rankings counts failed" Why does his happen? I can't find anything in the Help about this.

I'm sorry to hear - There must of been some kind of error as we normally respond within 24hrs. The last message sent from your @insight email seems to of been 8 months ago.
If you head into any page of your Campaigns, you should be able to see a little blue chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. If you click on that, you will be able to set up a new help ticket.

First of all, thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the inconvenience!
A few weeks ago we experienced a widespread issue with this tool which led to this error message repeatedly popping up. However, our engineers were able to resolve the issue.
I'm worried in case this could be a repeat of the issue. Would you be able to contact us directly at help@moz.com and just copy and paste your message there, we can investigate further and potentially escalate to our engineers should the issue not resolve itself.

Calling all 301 htaccess Guru's - www to non www - then to https + Redirect homepage to inner page
I have tried searching, multiple opinions and multiple things that supposedly work. What I have now, seems to work from an end user perspective, but Roger tells me otherwise: Redirect Chain issue....redirect, which redirects which redirects etc..... FIRST, we need to redirect all www to non www. SECOND, we need to redirect all to https. THIRD, we need to redirect the homepage to an inner page. (Got to love BOGUS DMCA complaints! :)?) I need to know what the subject line of an email alert from Fresh Web Explorer will say. Our account email is a department-wide account that doesn't get checked regularly and receives hundreds of emails a day. Getting 'Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible' error msg when trying to run On-Page Grader
I just signed up for MOZ Pro for the first time today. Tried to run the 'on-page grader' tool on some of my pages but I'm getting a 'Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible' error msg. I have verified against the robot.txt file that the pages are NOT blocking any crawlers. Can anybody help?

Keyword Grader & OmniExplorer_Bot Question
I found this in several of my clients Robots.txt "User-Agent: OmniExplorer_Bot Disallow: /" Right now I cannot grade any of them that are on a particular platform that has that written in. Would this block the keyword grader? Thanks!
