How often is page authority updated
-
Hello,
I am on the 99 USD Plan. Is it updated the same as with the 149 plan ?
My second question is how can you increase you PA ? because i am wondering if with a PA on some of my subpage of 1 I can compete with content to reach the 1 st page with websites that have PA or 30 for example
Thank you,
-
Ok good to know. So PA and DA and both based on backlinks (internal and external).

Hi!
I don't think that a Good UX will improve PA nor DA.
Take a look at the Moz Glossary and you will find this definition:_Page Authority (PA) - indicates how likely a page is to rank based on how authoritative search engines consider it to be because of which sites link to it. _
Hope it helps.
Best luck.

Thank for your very detailed reply, this is very helpful.
One more thing : Can a good UX design improve the PA or is it just a matter of links ?

Hi there,
Yeap, the frequency between updates is the same, regardless the plan your paying.
You can check the history in updates and the next update date: Mozscape API updatesFist thing to say here is that you should not rely on PA, DA or any other tool's metric. They do not tell google where it should rank, it even the opposite: Every tool tries it's best to understand and put in metrics what they think google will took into consideration to rank.
Moz, in this case analyze specially the backlink profile and the metrics are (re)calculated every time the API is updated. This goes to respond the fact that you the new pages have PA=1, what is correct because they are not in Moz's index. It's been suggested to wait at least two updates for having those new pages included in the index. On the topic about ranking to the 1st page and competing with pages that have about PA30, you should not worry about increasing metrics, rather than creating unique content and having every onpage aspect of your pages correctly done and of course that should come along with aswering that specific query/user intent.
Hope it helps.
Best luck.
GR.

My page can not be crawled
Hi all,Hope you could you help me here.I just seen this message but I don't know how to fix it?"Your page redirects or links to a page that is outside of the scope of your campaign settings. Your campaign is limited to pages with _____ in the URL path, which prevents us from crawling through the redirect or the links on your page. To enable a full crawl of your site, you may need to create a new campaign with a broader scope, adjust your redirects, or add links to other pages that include ig.com/de. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster."Any ideas about how should I fix it?Thanks

Not able to access Moz pro page and my campaigns
Hi, I could not able to access my campaign pages (pro home page). I received the below issue while logged into my account. This webpage has a redirect loop The webpage at http://moz.com/pro/home has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer. Learn more about this problem. Error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I have checked on both firefox, chrome browsers after cleared the history and cookies. Also checked with different ISP providers. But received the same. Has anyone experienced the same? Plz help.

How does MOZ assign a keyword to a page in the On Page Grades by Keyword Ranking
I'm in the beta analytics tool. In the On Page Optimization > On Page Grades by Keyword section, there is a Keyword column with a keyword assigned to each URL on my site. http://analytics.moz.com/search/on-page/572409.326269 How is the keyword that is shown here decieed upon? Is it simply based on a guess of the "best keyword" for each page based on kwp density and other factors? Can I map a new keyword to each page? or at least to my top ten most important pages? I see I can check the grade for any keyword on any page here: http://analytics.moz.com/search/manage-page-grades/572409.326269. I want to map my top ten pages to ten keywords - can I save these changes in the system so I don't have to manually check a keyword/url match each time? Shaun
