Hi,

Does MOZ pick up every error/warning in one crawl? Or does it take numerous crawls?

Hey Lee, Dave from the Help Team here.

Site Crawl will detect any error that we report on, for any page that is accessible to the crawler. As you develop and change your website, new crawl issues might get detected as well. Hopefully that helps to clarify, if you need us to look into specific examples, feel free to email help@moz.com.

When I crawl my site On Moz it says it can't access the robots.txt file, but crawl is fine on SEM Rush - Anyone know any reason for this?

Hi guys, When I try to run a site crawl on Moz it returns an error saying that it has failed due to an error with the robots.txt file. However, my site can be crawled by SEM Rush with no mention of problems with roots.txt file issues. My developer has looked into it and insists their is no problem with my robots.txt and I've tried the Moz crawl at least 6 times over an 8 week period. Has anyone ever seen such a large discrepancy between Moz and SEM Rush or have any ideas why Moz has this issue with my site?? TIA everyone

Site Crawl - Crawls only homepage?

Hi Moz Comunity! Joined Moz just 2 weeks ago and slowly trying to get used to tools available in here! Great tools and info available on this site! My concern is that Site Crawl of Moz in my Campaign seems to have crawled only my homepage and no other sub-domains, is there any reason for this? FOr some reason it seems that Moz interacts only with my homepage? Even when I tried the Keyword Exlporer set on Keyword to see if any of my pages rank for any keywords, it seems only my homepage was ranking for a few keywords. It's possible my other sub-domains don't rank for any keywords yet but still, seems suspicious... Moz campaign for a subdomain with no home page

Hello all, I'm trying to setup a campaign in Moz for one of our subdomains that we use for marketing landing pages. Unfortunately there really is no home/landing page for the subdomain so when I enter it into the campaign settings it says the site isn't accessible. Is there anyway for me to add this? I tried entering the subdomain with a star, e.g. pages.mydomain.com but it would not accept it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Error Selecting Search Engine During Moz Campaign Set-Up

Hi, I'm setting up a Moz campaign for a new client, and when I get to the third step, "Choose the search engines for which you would like to track rankings," there's nothing to select. No drop down, or anything, just a blank field under the heading. If I try to advance, I get an error pop-up that says I must select a search engine. Has anyone else run into this problem? Hey, I am new to MOZ, and I am seeing in my page reports that I have duplicate content, but this duplicate content is mostly my development site. dev.domain.com. I have this blocked in robots.txt for google. How do i stop MOZ including it in its reports? Cheers everyone.

How does campaign manager pick up search terms
