Moz on-page grader can't see keyword in H1

Hi,
Trying to do grade for whatiswhere.com, keyword 'poi search'. The tool can't see keyword in h1, but It is there. Could you please check what is the problem?

I took a look at that site, and I don't actually see any H1 tags in the source code for that page: https://www.screencast.com/t/DJEjjTWprW6
I think that's why our tool isn't finding the keyword there — it looks like that tag doesn't exist!

Negative difficulty and priority scores in keyword report
Hello! We have recently tracked a number of keywords into Moz's Keyword Explorer, but for a number of them the difficulty and priority scores are all -2. We don't rank currently for these so does anybody know what is causing the difficulty to be in negative figures? Thanks!

Keyword Explorer Stuck
Is anyone else experiencing troubles with Keyword Explorer? We have several keyword lists and they keep getting frozen on "Gathering Metrics" for days, even if we had results for those particular keywords previously. Just curious to know if this is a pervasive problem and if there's some kind of an easy fix.

On page grader not working with Squarespace?
The on page grader tool does not seem to be able to access Squarespace websites. I've tried several website urls that are all hosted on square space with the same result "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible." Is this a known incompatibility or a bug? examples: lightningjar.agency (a site I manage) flotrend.com (a site that a friend manages) ollymoss.com (a site chosen at random from SquareSpace.com featured websites list)

On-page optimization
I have a list of the top 350 keywords sending volume to my site, sorted by volume. I am using your On-Page Optimization tool to look at the top 10 keywords and the grade for each of the relevant pages on the website. So for "hard wood flooring," I am searching for that term on Google and finding the first listing for my site lumberliquidators.com that comess up. Then I paste that page link into the On-Page Optimizer. Is this the best way to do this to determine performance for the most relevant page? Moz gave this keyword an F (home page) even though LL came up #2 in the organic Google rankings.

SEO MOZ ERROR
Hello moz comunity, I tried to use the moz keyword difficulty service in the last 2 days and I get this error over and over again... see photo: http://www.evernote.com/shard/s238/sh/5775a179-1be7-4e76-8563-cf087c37cf2b/576bda1a72f446a8806a0f1914193829 Oops Gosh! It looks like something has gone a bit wrong. Don't worry though, we know and are fixing it. How Can I solve this? I need to check a lot of keywords for my websites. Any alternatives? Thank you !!!

Can the Moz tool identify variations of a Chinese language branded keyword?
We've recently started a trial of the Moz Pro service and are tracking a selection of keywords. Our primary band / product name is 功夫英语（Kungfu English), so we've set a rule that any keywords containing those four Chinese characters (功夫英语) should be marked as a branded keyword. However, in the "Non-Paid Keywords Sending Search Visits" section of our traffic report, we see a few variations on our brand name that are not being marked as branded keywords. (See attached Images). Based on our rules, shouldn't these variations also be marked as branded keywords without our needing to manually add them as such? Or have I misunderstood the intent of this rule? For the English text, the brand rule about words containing "kungfuenglish" seems to have resulted in all of "www.kungfuenglish.com", "http://www.kungfuenglish.com", and kungfuenglish being labelled as branded keywords. However, I'm not seeing the same sort of result with variations on the Chinese keyword, 功夫英语. KedTi1D.png z5bcUIt.png

What happened to moz Crawl Test? Is it moved in the redesign?
Love the new design of moz.com! And the mentions tool is terrific. However, I use the Crawl test a ton and cannot find where to access it now.
