Hi there,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
So - just as some background information here, Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines. It is made up of an aggregate of metrics (MozRank, MozTrust, general link profile, and more) that each have an impact on this score. It can be difficult to directly influence your DA, but one way to move toward increasing it would be to improve your overall SEO. A great place to start with that could be to focus on link building. You can learn more about link building here and get a more detailed explanation of Domain Authority through this resource.
In general, I'd recommend keeping in mind that all of these metrics are relative with respect to the other sites included in our index. The metrics will probably have some additional context when compared to sites similar to your own, including your competitors.
Rand does a great job of breaking down how to interpret DA fluctuations in this post.
MozTrust is a link trust score. It measures how trustworthy a linking website is. From our resource on MozTrust: https://moz.com/learn/seo/moztrust - ' “Trustworthiness” of linking sites is important because receiving links from sources with inherent trust — such as the homepages of major university websites or certain government web pages — is a strong trust endorsement for the linked-to website.' - so to improve your MozTrust, you'll want to take a look at your overall backlink profile.
Feel free to give those resources a once over to see if they help clarify some of your questions! I hope this helps — if you have any follow up questions, just let me know!

Hi grbassi
You are basically asking the broadest of questions which is 'How do I do Local SEO for my website?'
The website you posted doesn't even mention Santa Clara in the title so you might wish to start there. Setting up Google My Business (GMB) is another.
There are a host of articles on local SEO here: https://moz.com/blog/category/local-seo
I would start there if I were you, at least it will give you a basic understanding which you can build on by asking specific questions here.
Kind Regards
Nigel

Why does the MOZ bar not work on SERPs with site links?
Maybe a dumb question (am a beginner), but MOZ bar shows no information on SERP results with site links? I'm sure there's a reason? What is it?

What Moz tool is best to find reasons google has not spidered by site
I just joined Moz and am trying to use the tools however, when I attempt to do so every link comes to a that only allows me access to post questions here. If anyone can tell me what tool is best to find reasons google has not indexed my site, I would greatly appreciate the help. Also if anyone knows why I am keep getting routed to this forum when I try to use any of the tools, I would also appreciate help with this. So far Moz is very frustrating.

Can't add a 2nd campaign o_O
Hi there, Here is the thing.. I have an e-commerce website selling in Canada and USA. I created 2 different directories to get my website translated in both English and French. My first campaign is basically the English version of my website: https://www.nwseatcovers.com/en. I've configured the campaign with G.A, Social Media, targeted keywords etc... Now I'd like to create a 2nd campaign targeting my French version: https://www.nwseatcovers.com/fr. The only problem here is that it won't let me go through the whole "Add a Campaign" process. I've been able to access the "BASICS" tab where you have to enter the company name, website link and campaign name. However it doesn't allow me to go to the next step. As soon as I press the "Next" button, here is the message I have: "We have already started building this campaign. If you entered the wrong URL and would like to track a different site, please create a new campaign." When I created my very first campaign, I didn't have to wait, the campaign was available almost immediately. Does this message mean that it requires couple of hours/days to create my 2nd campaign? Thank you for your help.

New to using MOZ. Familiar with Google Analytics. With MOZ is there a code snippet to include on my site?
Just taken over web marketing responsibilities at my company. Will be doing some major website upgrades soon. I'm not familiar with MOZ and don't want to overwrite anything. So when setting up MOZ, is there a code snippet that goes anyplace on the site like there is with Google analytics? Thanks.

How do you "Moz Crawl" a website? Newbie...
Hi everyone; I've used Screaming Frog in the past and it's simple: you enter the URL to the box and click "start" and.. voila: as the button says, the crawling starts. I've had the Pro version of Moz for a while now and haven't really 'done' anything with it. I'd like to crawl a website and thought it would be as easy as it's always been with Screaming Frog... but, for some reason, I can't find the 'way' to do it. I find it really frustrating especially cause I feel like an idiot going around in circles thinking I'm missing something really obvious... Until I realised the only solution was to ask here! So... how in the world do you crawl a website using Moz tools? (Pro version) Thanks!
