Hi there,
I am attempting a crawl test and am getting "804 : HTTPS (SSL) error encountered when requesting page." with no further information to debug the issue. Site seems to be fine as far as SSL configuration goes. How can we get more debugging information?

Yep! All the metrics and issues you would see reported in the Crawl Test tool are reported in the Site Crawl section of a Moz Pro Campaign.

Looks like you're using our Crawl Test tool — that tool still runs on our old crawler, which isn't able to handle SNI settings, which it looks like this site employs: https://www.screencast.com/t/tgPYeydJk2L
Unfortunately, that's just a technical limitation of our old crawler, and there isn't really much we can do to work around it. Your best bet would be to start a Moz Pro Campaign for this site, as our new crawler can handle SNI with no trouble.

Moz keyword mention on-page counting errors
Hi. Moz is showing 18 mentions of the keyword 'street furniture' on this landing page https://www.broxap.com/street-furniture.html But I can only count 6 in total in the body copy and 13 if you include navigation links. This is the same on other pages too for that keyword. Does anyone know where it's counting these extra keywords from? I don't want to fall foul of keyword stuffing but as far as I can see we're not! Could Moz be miscalculating? Any help appreciated! Thanks Joe

How to find a list of pages with missing H1 tags
An external SEO/PPC agency did an audit of our site a little while back and said that over 10% of our pages were missing an H1 tag. I am trying to find a way to gather a full list of these in order for our web company to fix. I downloaded the Crawl Test report thinking it would include info on tags in there but it doesn't seem to. Is there a different tool I can use that will get me this information?

On-Page Grader "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible."
We have a new client with a squarespace page. http://www.mountainhouseestate.com The Moz On-Page grader returns the error "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible." for all pages. Possibly related, Google seems to hate their site. Even a search for "mountain house estate" returns lousy results. Bing/Yahoo has no problem with it.

What are the best tools to help analyse on page optimisation for pages on development server and not currently live
currently using seo quake and moz tool bar but wondered if there is a better suggestion that will look at pages that are only accessible on the internal network on development server. Very restricted in what can be installed

Duplicate page content
The MOZ crawler identifies pages as duplicate content which are not the same.

The pages http://www.aignerart.com/abstracts-oil-painting/cicli-colora.html and http://www.aignerart.com/abstracts-oil-painting/murs-de-la-ville.html are marked duplicate but they are different paintings. Any ideas?0 -
My product pages have no weight / links from root domains with the Moz tool bar
Hi, When I view my home page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk) with the Moz toolbar, I see a good PA and a good amount of links from root domains. As I go down the site, it seems to get worse. The category pages (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Category/0/Straight_Foods.html) have a little but not much and then from this point onwards, it's nothing. The product page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) is reporting to have no root domain links but I am not sure why. Interestingly, when I click through to a review page (http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/StockReview/0/SUNH/0/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html) it does have some juice. Would anyone be able help on why this is happening and what I need to be looking at in order to resolve it please? EDIT: I've been looking at the hyperlinks and notice something odd. If I review the score with the first link below, it gives a score of 1, but the second gives a PA of 13 with one root domain linked. 1:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods~Sunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html 2:http://www.arkwildlife.co.uk/Item/Straight_Foods%7ESunflower_Seeds/SUNH/Premium_Sunflower_Hearts.html Please note the "%7E" instead of the "~" in the URL. The browser appears to show the ~ character no matter what but the rank of the page changes. I don't understand what the Moz toolbar is doing with this. How can the Moz Page Grader support a 'keyword portfolio' approach?
I used to use the Page Grader tools to support the old philosophy of one page - one keyword. With more focus now being given to a portfolio of keywords around a topic area - what would be a good approach to using the page grader tool? Obviously getting A's and B's is impossible for multiple keywords. The only way i've seen suggested in moz tools to help with keyword portfolios is to use labels in the ranking measurement and then find averages of the results. Are there other strategies that I can try?
