Google map listings not shown as a ranking keyword

is there a way to have the google map listings show on my report as a ranked keyword. one of my competitors show their rankings in the organic as well as whether they are listed in the map section.

In addition to the good response of Nicholas White, I would also recommend clearing the web browser's cache.

I know SEMRush and Bright Local can do this, (not sure about Moz Pro?).
Check out the 14 Day free trial from Bright Local at https://www.brightlocal.com/local-search-rank-checker/, I believe they are the most affordable option, that I know of at least.
A good way to manually check Google Maps rankings for free (although time-consuming) is to sign out of your gmail/google account, then within Chrome, open an Incognito window, which you can do by pressing the three dots at the far right of your extensions section. Do the search from the Incognito window and you can Block or Allow Google knowing your location once you do the search.

We have tried Keyword Explorer for several websites today using the domain, subdomain and exact page option. None of these are returning keyword results. Is the tool currently broken? As a test we tried Amazon.com, see screenshot: JbWsaLi.png

Keyword Difficulty and Analysis : no search volume
Hi, When I use your tool, I've never a search volume (local and global) when I'm using this tool on Google Belgium French. But If I use Google US, I've no problem. Do you have an explanation? Is it because there is not enough volume in Belgium? Regards, Jonathan

I'm using the Keyword Difficulty tool. The results generated are Bing search engine results, even though I have selected Google for the search engine. I cannot get this feature to work, and I've tried it in both Chrome and Firefox. What's going on here...??
