Possible to Migrate Campaign Settings?

We have completed a a domain migration.
I am ready to archive the existing campaign but would like to migrate the settings (keywords, etcetera) to the new campaign for the new domain. All settings to remain the same except for the domain name.
Can this be done in a simple manner. I am not technical so I hope it is really easy.

Unfortunately, there's no way to transfer settings between Campaigns. The only workaround is to set up a fresh Campaign with all the same settings manually — there's no way to do this automatically.

Campaign in subdirectory
Hi. I have a main site under the TLD and Moz sucessfully scans all URL's under that domain including for a subfolder on the domain. However, I have also set up a campaign for the subdirectory as it is effectively a seperate site (let's say it's like an ecommerce site with a blog is a subfolder). Moz crawls the main campaign on the TLD including the subfolder correctly (I was previously told you cannot exclude a subfolder), but it does not scan any URL's beyond the top one in the subfolder campaign (I was told this setup was OK) Any ideas why the subfolder does not get crawled by Moz?

How can I be sure Moz Campaign for blog is working?
I set up a Moz Campaign to track my blog domain (made a separate one for our website) and added in keywords I've optimized our blog posts for. I've spent about 2 months optimizing pages and there's been no change in the numbers I see in the dashboard (specifically Search Visibility and Top National Keywords) and Rankings module. It all basically says either 0 or '--'. I think I've set this campaign up right because the website campaign has been changing and showing different results in the same amount of time. I'm going to ask the stupid question -- is this because I've set up the blog campaign wrong, my site is blocking Moz from accessing blog data or my SEO efforts simply aren't working? Please help. I need a sanity check here. Thank so much in advance!

Can we export Historical Campaign Data
I want to know if there is a way to export data from my campaigns from more than a month ago. My campaigns started in August. I would like to be able to export a PDF of my dashboard for Aug and September. I have Oct and Nov. Any idea if this is possible?

Duplicate Page Title query in the PRO Campaign tool
Can someone help me on this. I am seeing duplicate page titles on the PRO Campaign Crawl tool on an ecommerce site for example MOZ is saying that these two pages have a duplicate page title: http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/colour-25mm-snap-frames/25mm-green-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/snap-picture-poster-frames/colour-25mm-snap-frames/green-25mm-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html They are the the same product in two categories. When I view the source of both pages the this link is the same in the meta: <link rel="<a class="attribute-value">canonical</a>" href="[http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/colour-25mm-snap-frames/25mm-green-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html](view-source:http://www.cheapsnapframes.co.uk/colour-25mm-snap-frames/25mm-green-snap-frame/a0-traffic-green-snap-frame-25mm/prod_1730.html)" /> So is there something else I need to have done to erradicate this or is it not an issue? Keywords Rankings Per Campaign
I want to use the keyword ranking tool, however I want to separate the keywords being tracked for each campaign (or client). I added two campaigns, but it seems the keyword tracker tool is not connected, or has no way of even filtering the list. I have multiple clients who may want to use this feature, but I can't use it if they are all lumped into one interface. Any ideas?

Is there a way of finding past reports for a campaign?
We are wanting to find past reports so we can show how things have gone since we started working on a specific campaign. We get emailed the reports and just wondered if there was a way to find them within any campaign.
