Site:www Issue - Homepage of the website is not showing in Google
-
Hello everyone,
When I have manually search site:www.blinds4uk.co.uk in google.co.uk to know about webpages status, home page of the website is not showing in google search engine result pages. Please let me know, what is the reason behind this? because website crawling and indexing is good.
Many Thanks.

Hi Kuldeep,
It is there. It was 6th for the search Blinds Online Shop and 10th for blinds UK. I agree that searching site:blinds4uk.co.uk doesn't bring the site up for some reason but for many other searches it is there.
There are a lot of short titles at product level which won't be doing the site much good. Around 40% of the site, some duplicate & missing descriptions
Some weird duplicate 'pages'
https://www.blinds4uk.co.uk/pages/about-us
https://www.blinds4uk.co.uk/about-usYou also have a slew of non-secure PDFs indexed - 162 of them
The site needs a full site audit.
Regards
Nigel

How long does Google indexes the website after algorithm update?
I've noticed that the page ranks for some queries were improved unexpectedly, without any actions from my side. Is it possible that this improvement is connected with with Google algorithm update Sep, 4-5?

If we have all products on-site for indexing, do we get dinged by Google for not transacting on-site?
I am trying to do research on the SEO impact of having an off-site transactional website. For example, Pepsi.com lists all product information on their site but guides visitors to transact on Amazon or Walmart. What impact, if any, does guiding the customer to a separate transactional site have on SEO? In short, if we have all products on-site for indexing, do we get dinged by Google for not transacting on-site?

Google live blog schema
Live blog markup was rolled out to a selected group of publishers last year 2015. I'm trying to find out whether it has been released to other publishers yet (we are a news site). Not seeing any updates about it anywhere and wondering how I can find out if/when it will be available. This is the latest I can see which is not much help https://developers.google.com/search/pilot/open/live-blogs. Any insider info would be very much appreciated.

Getting listed in the Google local result - help!
Good day, I'm really struggling to get a client to appear in the Google Local map snapshot (on the right of the SERPs), even when their company name is Googled. I've tried everything including getting the main Google Local account verified, had some reviews put up, all the required and relevant info has been completed, yet their location and the map never appear. Any help out there as to how I can remedy this? Thanks

Top resulting sites sites for a specific keyword
I'm teaching myself SEO so that I can speak more intelligently to it with my clients. I've spent a great deal of time on seomoz and love it. The more I learn, the more I realize I don't know and that brings me to my current question. I can search on a keyword and see results, however I see every URL available. I'm looking for a simple way to see the root domains for the top 100-500 resulting websites for a specific keyword. Is there an easy way to get this information I'm sure it's right in front of me, but I can't find it. Many thanks, ahossom

Is Google now ignoring title tags?
Hey guys, I noticed alot of titles of webpages in Google now vary from search to search. They also differ from the Title tag that has been set by the webmaster. Anyone else notice this? (My results are depersonalized)
