My visibility went from 14% to 3.33% this week. HTTPS Change?
-
So I am trying to figure out how my google rankings dropped from 3 to 9 This past week. Could it be the new HTTPS security issue? My site was created in HTTP not HTTPS. Is this an easy fix? Can I hire someone on this site to fix this?

This could be because the business has possibly incurred an algorithmic or a manual penalty? Do consult with an SEO company to see if this is applied to your website or not.

It's possible that the drop in your Google rankings is related to the HTTPS issue. Google prioritizes secure sites (HTTPS) over non-secure ones (HTTP). Switching your site from HTTP to HTTPS can help improve your rankings and provide a better user experience.Yes, it’s an easy fix, and you can certainly hire someone to help with this transition. Yes, changing from HTTP to HTTPS can impact your website's visibility. Search engines like Google always prioritize secure websites (HTTPS) over non-secure ones (HTTP). When you switch to HTTPS, This can surely improve your website's security and trustworthiness, which can positively influence your search engine rankings.
If your website does not have an SSL certificate users will not trust your website, Therefore, installing SSL is generally beneficial for SEO terms as well.
When it comes to transitioning your site from HTTP to HTTPS is typically considered an easy task,
-Choose hosting providers that offer SSL certificates, or you can purchase an SSL certificate from a trusted reseller.
-Once you have the certificate, it needs to be installed on your web server. Some providers offer tools or support to help with the installation.

Http to https:Risky?
I recently paid to have my site changed to https but at last minute did not publish it as I got nervous about it! I asked several experienced SEO people and they suggested that as my business is very small, I have a very small budget and it is 100% reliant on search engine hits, that I might take a 10 - 30% hit on ranking and it would take a long time to regain where I was. And that is the best case scenario if we do everything correctly. Apparently even with being very careful, it is easy to make errors which could have some unfortunate consequences. Any opinions?? Is it worth it?

We're considering making notable changes to our website's navigation. Other than 301 redirects from old pages to new, what do I need to consider with this type of move or update?
We would like to make some navigation changes to our website: www.NetGainIT.com, specifically to the services section. I know that I will need a list of 301 redirects if I do not plan on keeping certain pages, but what else do I need to consider?

My site build in HTML has been badly hit this recent update and I have been toying on the idea of changing it to Wordpress
My site build in HTML has been badly hit this recent update and I have been toying on the idea of changing it to Wordpress. Would this help in my rankings? It seems the hit came only that last 2-4 days when business become much quieter. Frankly i have no idea on why the site fell in ranking all of a sudden. Been comparing to competitors and even a friend in the same industry and nothing makes sense so far (link profile, DA, PA etc) This site has been ranking well for 3 years prior to this. 2. My site has loads of content and visitors arrive from various landpages. But by changing it wordpress, the url of most of them would probably change. What should i do? 301 redirect all of them or is there a better method?

Changing from All-in-One SEO to Yoast SEO
I am currently using, and have always used the All-in-One SEO plugin for my website, but I have have heard time and again that the Yoast SEO plugin is superior. How do I transfer to this plugin instead? Do I need to deactivate the all in one seo plugin? What happens to all the tags that are already there for the thousands of pages, including the main page, that is functioning from the all in one SEO plugin?

Is it too late to change an IP from the linking c-block?
My main web development company is linked to many of our clients and our clients link back to us using footer links back. We obviously have a high volume of c-block relations. If I change my main site's location to a different server will it make any difference or is it too late?

During our SEO, the dleted the site and changed it to Drupal over night. This is crazy as we have finally fix all the rrors and are driving quality traffic to the site. Now its back to square one... What do i do? ps the change from Drupal to Joomla is due to MYSQL issues
