Why some pages are not indexed?

I have a furniture´s ecommerce. When searching for "site: movstore.com.br" returned 1080 results, but if I search for "site: movstore.com.br / Product" returned 1020 results.
I mean, that 1080 indexed pages, 1020 are products pages and the other 60 pages are irrelevant.
Where are the category pages?
"site: movstore.com.br / Categories" - 0 results
"site: movstore.com.br / Departments" - 0 results
"site: movstore.com.br / Marks" - 0 resultsWhat might be happening?

Just did a spider of your website and you have way too many subdirectories on those pages, which make it less likely for search engines to crawl and index the page.
For example: http://www.movstore.com.br/Departamentos/+Quarto/86/0/0/0/0/0/0+40+Data/
By having 9 subfolders you are suggesting to search engines the Department content is buried deeply into your website and less relevant.
By comparison, you product page only has 5
http://www.movstore.com.br/Produto/Quarto+Infantil/Guarda+Roupas/Ponte+Juvenil+Teen+Branca+/6417/
Based on this directory structure, search engines think this page is more important than your category pages. Anyway you can reorganize the content the product pages would be below the category-level pages instead of under their own product directory? For example:
/Category
/Category/Product/Sub-Product/Product-Name?

Too many on-page links
Hi, I've apparently got too many on-page links on 79 of my webpages. The majority of these pages are category pages, like this: https://www.turnkeymortgages.co.uk/mortgage-advice/mortgages/... so, what's a person to do? Obviously the page would be useless without the links. Should I just ignore these 'errors'? Or is there something else I should do? I don't want to appear manipulative by labelling them nofollow... Google indexing page differently
Does google index an interal page differently depending on whether you are using a FULL url (including domain) or just a relative link? Also, is it possible that using a full URL (http://mysite.com/page.html) causes the browser to "ping" the server differently than just having the href linked to using relative links (/page.html) Could this cause server or firewall perfomance issues?

Sold Products appear as duplicate pages 'Page Not Found' ???
Hi there, I'm down to just 6 duplicate page warnings but I'm not sure how to deal with this one: Information Page Not Found! http://www.vintageheirloom.com/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=6 My Ecommerce shopping site products are unique, 1 of a kind. So once one product has sold and been delivered we take the product off our website, hence the Information Page Not Found! As I understand when search engines re-index these warnings will drop off but new sold products would replace them. So redirecting seems like hard work and never ending. Duplicate page titles
We have search results pages on our site. They share the same page title, there is no real differentiator between the result pages, other than page 1, page 2 etc. How do we de-dup the titles? just add page 1/2/3 etc to the end of them?

Spammy keywords on a page
My client's website has a box of text on each page that is spammy and horrible to read and stuffed with keywords. The text boxes are there only for search engines as they mean nothing to humans. I say remove them as it must be doing more harm than good. However, my client is scared to remove them as the text has been there on each page for ten years and he is worried about a drop in visitor numbers if they are removed. Is he right to be worried?

Main Page title change.
Hi, For some reason every week or two I am changing the title tag of my main page. Each change takes place because I find new version better than the old one. Does this have any impact on my SEO results (I'm keeping the main keywords each time) ? If it has an impact is it positive or negative ? And should I stick to one title and not change it under any circumstances for long periods of time ? Thanks!
