Backlink getting from one website sidebar

hello,
I am getting backlink from a website sidebar. That website owner add my website link as favourite link on his sidebar widget area. Thus, i am getting backlink from his every page, every post even every tags.(Almost 100 backlink from 1 website)
That website has Similar category ِand Similar language
my quastion :
is it good or bad, is there any risk

It is possible to get an indication of this by using tools like Link Explorer > Inbound links (https://analytics.moz.com/pro/link-explorer/inbound-links). Looking at the linking domain in question and then looking at the "Spam score" column, might help you see if this is good or bad for you.

Is it better to have backlinks from domains with medium DA, UR, using same language and good relevancy, or backlinks from domains with high DA, UR but using another language and with less relevancy?
Dear all, while I understand that quality backlinks with high DA, UR, same-language and relevancy would be best, would backlinks with high DA, UR but less relevancy and using languages other than the one used in my website be something good? Or would they do more harm than anything else and still be outcompeted by backlinks with lower DA, UR but same language and/or more relevancy? Thank you Frank

Backlinks vs multiple domains
Hello, Our main website is setup on a .com domain and a .ca is setup as a 301 Permanent redirection to the .com. We just signed up to Majestic and found that we had a bunch of backlink linking to the .ca instead of the .com. My question is, is the SEO juice (for DA) being passed by from the .ca to the .com or I should start contacting those websites to get the backlink changed to .com? Thanks

Can a sitewide backlink with exact anchor text penalize my website?
A few years ago, I exchanged a link with another website. In the meantime, this other website grew quite fast and now they just added a forum. The backlink from their website is sitewide and is using the anchor text "best web hosting". According to Google, this backlink now appears on 117,000 pages of the same domain. Yesterday, I just got a warning from Google: "We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines..." Could that sitewide link be one of the causes? Of course I know there are tons of bad links to my site but I'm wondering if I should get this one removed. Building backlinks
Hello all! We regularly create articles for clients and post them (along with links to their Websites) on their blogs. We then promote the blog article across social media and other networks to create backlinks / authority for the articles. My question is whether anyone has had any success with an automated submission tool for the articles that delivers good results to "many" directories, social Websites and so on.
