Why moz keeps logging me out?

It's annoying that I have to keep putting my credentials after checking the "remember me" checkbox.

So sorry to hear about the trouble - it sounds like it may be a cookies/cache related issue. Could you try clearing them and refreshing your browser to see if this solves the problem? If it doesn't, could you pop an email over to help@moz.com so we can assist you further?

Campaign Update Notification Anomaly and some misc questions re Moz Analytics

Hi I received an email late last night (GMT) saying one of my campaigns had updated yet looking at the campaign online says last updated on the 13th ? Normally my campaigns have fully updated for the week by Wednesday latest. Other Notifications & Misc Queries: A Key Words on-page score has increased from 36 to 96 (these used to be letters, has grading changed ?) yet no on-page work has been carried out on this particular page for many months so how can it change so radically, is it just that Moz crawler has only just taken note of it ? When is the on-page opportunities section going to be complete/fixed (as in include a KW) i asked about this soon after it was launched but still lacks the all important kw to give it meaning/a useful tool. Am i right in thinking that until it includes the kw its totally meaningless ? When clicking Question Category (below) i cant change slection after clicking a radio button it cant be un-clicked, is this prob my side or yours ? All Best Dan

MOZ not accepting our recent changes it still showing us old Crawl Diagnostics report

Hi, 507 Temporary Redirect We made changes for 302 redirects which are listed in crawl diagnostics report. Now "Compare" and "Wishlist" links are already removed from our source code. All required changes are made but still your report listed Compare and wishlist links. We made changes on Friday (14/8/2015) and waiting for new updated report. Moz Account - How to Select Monthly Timeframes

I have read that moz have now added the feature to select monthly timeframes when running reports. In my Account, I can only choose Weekly (the previous week) How do i go about selecting Monthly Timeframes? Thanks Adam

Cannot create campaign because Moz doesn't recognize my URL

I have a new url, and I'm trying to create a new campaign for it. But in first step when i enter the domain, an error message pops up saying the url is invalid. could you help?

MOZ is having a redirect loop issue?

Hey guys, Is anyone else having an issue with this? I leave MOZ analytics open all day and it times out after a while. When you refresh your page when it has timed out, it goes into a redirect loop. It also doesnt let you log back in before you first log out (even though your session has already timed out). Not the greatest UX and I thought I should see if anyone else is having the same issue. Let me know your thoughts!

Moz crawls

Hi all! I'm running two separate campaign crawls at the moment that I'm having a few issues with. The first is http://www.muchbetteradventures.com/. I'm tracking this at root to try an pick any problems with a previous version of the site, which is on the v1.muchbetteradventures subdomain. However, I'm only seeing 100 or so pages as being crawled in Moz, compared to thousands in Google. There's no access blocked alerts in Moz either. The second is http://www.sothebys.com/. I started this crawl at root a few days ago and no pages at all have been processed. Very odd! Any advice would be much appreciated.
