Why am I being deducted crawls if MOZ keeps telling me that it can't crawl my site?

Any time you initiate a crawl, it counts against your limits, even if something on the site is blocking us from crawling it. I would suggest that write into help@moz.com so we can help you diagnose what is blocking us from crawling your site.

Sometimes, when running a crawl on a site (or a section of a site), you may find that it isn’t progressing past the first level of URLs. When this happens, only the base domain, or “start URLs” are actually crawled

Can I access old data/keyword research if I cancel my Moz Pro account?
I'm currently on the free month trial period for Moz Pro and I will probably cancel the account before the free period ends, but if I want to renew my subscription later, what happens to all the previous data? And does all the keyword research I've done disappear when I cancel it, or is it restored when I renew the subscription? Any insight is helpful! Thank you!

When I crawl my site On Moz it says it can't access the robots.txt file, but crawl is fine on SEM Rush - Anyone know any reason for this?
Hi guys, When I try to run a site crawl on Moz it returns an error saying that it has failed due to an error with the robots.txt file. However, my site can be crawled by SEM Rush with no mention of problems with roots.txt file issues. My developer has looked into it and insists their is no problem with my robots.txt and I've tried the Moz crawl at least 6 times over an 8 week period. Has anyone ever seen such a large discrepancy between Moz and SEM Rush or have any ideas why Moz has this issue with my site?? TIA everyone

How long does it usually take Moz to populate information for a new Web site?
We recently launched (9/13/2013) an e-commerce Website and added the campaign to SEO MOZ. Week after week the Domain Rank is 1 and none of our keyword stats or link stats are populated. We have another Moz campaign that posts weekly updates and is doing extremely well. I'm just wondering how long it usually takes Moz to start populating all the analysis stats? I'm also wondering if there might be a campaign setting buried somewhere that I need to enable or maybe it just takes more than 5 weeks? Any insights would be much appreciated. Link Detox or I can use Open Site Explorer for tracking down bad links?
Here's the thing. I need to find bad external links pointing to my site. Is Link Detox the only option or I can actually use Open Site Explorer for that. If OSE is an option, please give me an idea how I need to go about it. Thanks.
