DescribHii I am trying to put key phrases for me blog but Yoast key phrase gives me an orange face .. How can I make it green and accept my key phrasee your question in detail. The more information you give, the better! It helps give context for a great answer.
is there a way to analyse what yoast wants me to put as a key phrase ?

Fast answer is click on the face and scroll down. Not sure if you really have to scroll, yoast design was changing last weeks. But you will find it if you click the face.
Ok that should answer everything, because Yoast shows you what it means you are not doing or not doing good enough. And what todo exactly! For both KW-Optimization and Readability.
Special for readability is, you can click on an eye-Icon wicht shows you the sentence where you are doing wrong in a colored mark-up.
But, to see this, you cant be in most Pagebuilders, you have to be in the WP-Editor mode, so for some Pagebuilders eg Elementor you need to go to WP-Editor. to see what yoast is saying.
And for some other pagebuilders, yoast sometimes don't see the text and dont know if it is optimized. But in this case the face would be red I guess.

Website blog is hacked. Whats the best practice to remove bad urls
Hello So our site was hacked which created a few thousand spam URLs on our domain. We fixed the issue and changed all the spam urls now return 404. Google index shows a couple of thousand bad URLs. My question is- What's the fastest way to remove the URLs from google index. I created a site map with sof the bad urls and submitted to Google. I am hoping google will index them as they are in the sitemap and remove from the index, as they return 404. Any tools to get a full list of google index? ( search console downloads are limited to 1000 urls). A Moz site crawl gives larger list which includes URLs not in Google index too. Looking for a tool that can download results from a site: search. Any way to remove the URLs from the index in bulk? Removing them one by one will take forever. Any help or insight would be very appreciated.

Bolt on Blog Software
We have several large eCommerce websites built on Cold Fusion. It is running on IIS, not Apache. We are looking for a blogging package (CMS) that we can bolt on to the website. We don't want the blog residing in a sub-domain. The blog needs to reside in a folder. NO => blog.mydomain.com YES => www.mydomain.com/blog/ Has anyone ever adapted Wordpress for this type of situation? Can WordPress reside in a folder? Are there any other suggestions?

Facebook likes for a blog - are posts or root domain more important?
I've just added the facebook plugin for my wordpress blog. I've activated the like buttons on each post and I share the posts on facebook - so when someone likes it on facebook, it reflects on the blog post. In my blog sidebar I've added the Like widget. I can either put the URL for it as my blog root domain (not many likes yet) or my facebook page (lots of likes, so more impressive) I've been hearing about Likes etc counting towards SEO, so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me whether developing Likes for my blog root domain will have any significant benefit over the Likes I am getting for the individual posts?

A client has been blogging for about a year on http://blog.abccompany.com/ and has a page authority of 37. With it's built up past history, should we change the blog to a subdirectory, http://www.abccompany.com/blog ? Obviously thinking what is the best long-term strategy / benefits. Thanks, Chris

Very well established blog, new posts now being indexed very late
I have an established blog.We update it on daily basis. In the past, when I would publish a new post, it would get indexed within a minute or so. But since a month or so, its taking hours. Sometimes like 10-12 hours for new posts to get indexed. Only thing I have changed is robots.txt. This is the current robots file. Just wondering if something is wrong with the robots file or if it could be something else.
