Cancelling without loosing data

Is it possible to cancel my Moz pro account for a few months without loosing the data and then reopen it a few months from now.

Thanks so much for following up! 12 update cycles would be for things like site crawl data. Rankings would not be collected while your Campaign is archived but we would keep your historical data.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your subscriptions page: https://moz.com/subscriptions

Thank you but what is the difference between the 12 update cycles (12 weeks for ranking) and the ranking data that you say are kept forever ?
If I want to cancel for a few weeks where do I go for that ?

Thanks so much for the great question! When you cancel your Moz Pro subscription we archive your Campaigns so that your data stays safe while you're gone. We do not collect any new data but we will hold on to your historical data for up to 12 update cycles. A few exceptions to this are rankings data and link histories which we will keep forever.

Hello! I need help, I can't afford this right now and I didn't cancel by mistake, not on purpose. It happened that the mails -don't know why- arrived to de spam folder and I didn't know that I was being charged directly. I tried Moz for a presentation to a prospect two months ago. But I didn't get the client, so I still can't afford, it and I didn't use it. I'm sorry for the mistake, I only noticed this today when I checked my Spam folder casually. Please I need a refound! Has the Moz website update affected my data?
Hi Moz, I can see you are currently updating your website and regularly get either the new or old moz format when I log into my account. When I am in my account and Moz is in the new format my account info including keyword ranking & external followed links dramatically change. I am just trying to investigate if it is a moz issue with data or something else? Help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot, Beth
