Page Optimization Error
-
Hello.
When I try to use 'On Page Grader' on specific site, I get an error message."
Page Optimization Error
There was a problem loading this page. Please make sure the page is loading properly and that our user-agent, rogerbot, is not blocked from accessing this page.
"
example : https://www.csgosmurfkart.comSite's robots.txt settings are good. and I think there's no blocking factor. But On Page Grader cannot crawl the sites.
But campaign crawler is working well on the site. only On Page Grader is not working..What should I change my server's setting or site's setting for crawling site on my site?
I'm using wordpress on google cloudThank you.

Hi - Thanks for posting.
I checked this url against our user-agent and it looks like we are being blocked with a 403 forbidden response when trying to access the page. This isn’t related to your robots.txt allowances, rather a server level block. You will want to work with your hosting admin or web developer to ensure our user-agent “rogerbot” is whitelisted so we can access the site.
We hope that helps to clarify, let us know if you have further questions we can assist with!

Cant figture out why On-Page Grader is not recognizing the heading tag text
Hi all, I'm using the On-Page Grader tool to optimize some of our pages: https://analytics.moz.com/pro/research/page-grader?keyword=Russian Immigration Lawyers in Sacramento&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.russianlawyers.us%2Fus%2Fcalifornia%2Fsacramento-immigration One of the suggestions is "Optimal Use of Keywords in Header Tags". They keyword is "Russian Immigration Lawyers in Sacramento" and we do have it in an tag on the page (located in the right sidebar). The tool doesnt seem to catch that though. Can someone help me please? Thanks

Moz Pro: Redirect Chain warning given to pages that don't have redirects
When I look up crawl errors for a page, I'm always told the page suffers from redirect chaining. However, when I do a redirect check (in this case, using the Redirect Path Chrome extension), it indicates that my page does not use a redirect. Why would Moz detect redirects, while no other redirect checker resource does? For example, this URL gets Moz's redirect chain warning: https://www.aem.org/news/january-2018/5-reasons-iot-projects-fail/ But there is no redirect associated with this URL.

Why is Moz Crawling More Pages Than My Site Actually Has?
Hi I have a site that only has 5k pages but Moz has crawled 50K pages on the site when I initiated the site crawl. I don't exactly know why Moz is reporting me back so many pages but I was wondering why this is and if any of you out in the Moz community know anything about this. Thanks

Is there a way to export all your crawl errors for multiple Moz campaigns at once?
We're looking for a simple way to export all crawl errors for our Moz campaigns. More than likely we could use the API, but was wondering if there was any functionality already built into Moz for exporting all crawl errors.

Site Crawl report show strange duplicate pages
Beginning in early in Feb, we got a big bump in duplicate pages. The URLs of the pages are very odd: Example URL:
Moz Bar | | Neo4j
http://firstname.lastname@website.com/dir/page.php
is duplicate with http://website.com/dir/page.php I checked though the site, nginx conf files, and referral pages, and could not find what is prefixing the pages with 'http://firstname.lastname@'. Any ideas? The person whose name is 'Firstname Lastname' is stumped as well. Thanks.0 -
Moz is finding phantom pages
I suddenly have 4xx errors in my crawl diagnostics because pages with “/%3C/div” added to the end of the URL that are linked from the normal page can't be found. I didn't create the pages, and they don't exist, but Moz thinks that they do. I went back through to see if any changes in WordPress, theme or plugins versions might be the cause, but this is the only site that I have this issue, so I don't think that is it. Does anyone have an idea what causes this?

WP 4.0 Update Causing Major Duplicate Content Errors?
According to my moz analytics, my site has went through the roof with duplicate content. There's a nice Mozzer named Abe looking into this with me, but I'm wondering if it could be due to the WP 4.0 update. Has anyone else experienced an uptick like this before? I've never had any problems with the other updates. Thanks, Ruben
