Links in link lists not being discovered by Moz
-
I uploaded a couple of link lists to Moz about a week ago and have been tracking them. Most of the links on the list are from significant 90+ DA domains such as Wikipedia, Medium, etc.
So far, Moz only seems to have discovered about 4 the 200 or so links I loaded. Do we know how long it takes for these to be discovered by Moz?
Quite new to this, so any help understanding timelines for this would be appreciated.

For more that three months now I have been building relevant links for my news site but they are not reflecting. can anyone help tell me what I might be doing wrongly without knowing it?

We still aren’t seeing the links indexed. —I have checked everything and can see nothing to stop the crawler indexing the hundreds of new links. The sites that the links are from not be an issue either so not sure what else the issue could be.

Hi Sam - Thanks for getting back to me.
Looking at the information provided, I think we pass all the factors. The type of sites our Platform Executive website is gaining links from are amongst the most significant out there and can (and have) certainly been indexed by Moz.
Is there some kind of delay in indexing going on now?
It’s been more than a week and the vast majority of the valid links added to the list have not yet been recognised by Moz.
Thanks in advance.

Checked the possible factors but I think we pass all of them for my site. Is there any way we can index our URL manually in MOZ?

Hi there,
Sam from Moz's Help Team here!
After being found, newly discovered links have the ability to be populated into our index in about 3 days. However, there are a lot of factors which can affect our ability to find and index links to your site. It's important to note that we are always adding new data to our index, but it may take some time for us to discover backlinks to your site based on factors like crawlability of the referring pages, quality of the links and the referring pages, and more.
If you are not seeing links that you know you have, you may want to make sure that they can be indexed. It is also a good idea to check to see if we've indexed the page on which that link is found. If we haven't indexed the referring page yet, you won't see your link in our index.
Lastly, I have a great guide here with some things to check around why we may not have found your links yet: https://moz.com/help/link-explorer/link-building/moz-isnt-finding-your-links
I hope this helps — let me know if you have any further questions!

Solved Moz Link Explorer slow to find external links
I have a site with 48 linking domains and 200 total links showing in Google Search Console. These are legit and good quality links. Since creating a campaign 2 months ago, Moz link explorer for the same site only shows me 2 linking domains and 3 total links. I realise Moz cannot crawl with the same speed and depth as Google but this is poor performance for a premium product and doesn't remotely reflect the link profile of the domain. Is there a way to submit a sitemap or list of links to Moz for the purpose of crawling and adding to Link Explorer?

Open Site Explorer external + follow links percentage
Hi how are you my root domain according to open site explorer has 90% of total links, external + follow. whereas my competitors have 5 - 6% how do I get this down to look more natural. Also what does this metric mean and how do I work out the percentage? Also I only have around 100 pages on my website which is a Shopify store and I have a small amount of internal followed links is this important for an ecommerce website as it is small number in comparison to my competitors. Thank you regards Adam

No Internal Links
I have noticed on both OSE and also on the Crawl Test that our site www.advantageservices.net is showing only 1 internal link. I tried looking around as what might cause this but haven't been able to figure it out.
