We thought we had until to 8th to cancel and you charged our card On the 8th. Now we can’t reach anyone. We cancelled the service.

I was charged $1 when I was on a 30 day free trial or right after. Why is this? I don't understand what I got charged for when I was under the impression that I was using a free trial.
