Can links tracking lists help to crawl high authority backlinks by Moz?

My backlinks are not crawling by Moz yet after creating them four months ago. I have just added them in the links tracking lists now. May these links tracking lists help to crawl these backlinks by Moz? I have created same backlinks for my another site. But it has crawled by Moz within 10 days. This site is EditorialGE. But the same backlinks of my another sites are not crawled my Moz yet. Even my guest posts' links are not crawled by Moz yet which are created about two months ago. So, I have submitted them to links tracking list. Can links tracking lists help to crawl those high authority relevant backlinks ba Moz? Please let me know.

Domain Authority - 10 point drop. Should i be worried
We have had a steady rise over the past year and as the DA results came out i was extremely disappointed to see a 10 point drop. Competitors have also dropped but not by this figure. We have been continuing with the work we have been doing all year. Not the best news to have to share with the client. Would you use DA as a KPI or is it a little unreliable?

In lue of the canceled Moz Index update
Hey Moz, Overall we love your product and are using it daily to help us grow, part of that has been to rely on the Moz Index for DA and PA as well as places where we are doing positive linking through genuine partnerships and reviews of clients. We were really excited to see any the results for this month as we have been partner linked from lots of high reputation sites and google seems to agree as our rankings are moving up weekly. The question from our marketing team is, since a significant part of Moz will not be available to us this month, will there be any compensation handed out to the paying community. PS: I am an engineer and I know how you have probably lost a very large set of data which cant simply be re-crawled over night but Moz Pro is not a cheap product and we do expect it to work. HELP, I can't download my keyword rankings history to csv
I have been trying to download my keyword rankings history to csv, and nothing happens. If I am in chrome, a page pops up with the url vanguard.moz.com-but nothing happens. I tried in firefox as well, and absolutely nothing happens there at all. Thank you!
