DA PA issue

The DA and PA of my site have a huge difference.
I know DA is Domain Authority and PA is Page authority.
But is this normal to have 5 DA and 17 PA?
Is my site having some sort of issues or is it normal?

@seotoolshero024 It's normal, there is nothing to worry about, it means that some of your page has good ranking so it has good authority.
DA is basically an aggregate or average of the authorities of all the pages of your websites.

Unsolved Old domain taken over by new client
Hi Moz Peeps, I have a client who has taken over an old domain from a company that existed about 5 years ago. The business has a strong DA in a totally different industry. In any respect, since taking over and managing their SEO it's been close to 3 months, however search visibility continues to remain at zero. Please tell me my website DA is Fake or any effect my ranking.
A few days ago I bought a DA increaser package from Fiverr for my Mobileinfo website. and after 15 days I see my DA-3 to Jupm on DA-54 this is a Majic. but a few days later I feel this was very bad practice on my website, and there was no benefit. New, credible links are not effecting DA
The company I work for recently started distributing press releases via PRNewswire. Our first press release had over 100 pickups. We included several links to our site in the release. It was published on credible sites like AP News and Yahoo Finance (these sites have DAs of 94). None of the links or mentions show up on our discovered links and it's been over a month. Our DA has not increased at all and it's only 18. Am I missing something? I would think with over 100 new links, we should've gained some traction. I've checked all sites for "no follow" markings and haven't found any so I don't think that's the issue. Please help!

Finding out Who has high DA\PA and getting a backlink
Hi, So, like many others I was always in the top 3 for keywords in google for about a year, then 9 months ago we dropped, we now dont even exisit! (Page 10). One of the actions we are looking at is backlinks, however we have limited budget and want to work with domains that have high DA in order to help us, I assume this is good idea for us to do? Competitor Rank: DA Tracking Available but Keyword Ranking Not Tracked?
I'm tracking a competitor who is very active and also very successful in terms of DA (via MOZ.) However, their domain shows up as "Not in Top 50" for every keyword ranking I track. I've verified via manual tracking of natural results (even with a proxy) that they are competitive with my rankings. It stands to reason that MOZ can track the domain because of the ability to monitor DA successfully. Is there any reason keyword rankings would be "cloaked" or unavailable to the MOZ algorithm when DA metrics are available?
