Avoid too many internal links

My site is being flagged in Page Optimization Score for "Avoid too many internal links", but the warning doe snot tell me how many internal links are on a page.

How can I find this?

Thx Tom. Although its a bit disappointing to be told that u have a problem and then not being provided the details. Its like having a GF who's in a bad mood w u but won't tell u why!

Moz, doses not  have a way to see all the internal links on a page within this tool however it is recommended to have fewer than 100 internal links on a page.

here are some ways  which may be helpful for this

SEO Quake  is very good at this

the MozBar chrome extension which allows you to highlight the internal and external links on a page. However, there isn't a way to export a list of all those links.
