Schema.org support by google
-
Hi,
Some time ago I have implemented schema.org product schema on all of my product pages.
The rich snippet tool provided by Google shows that the relevant info is extracted (they say that preview is not supported so no preview there)
My issue is that I can't see any rich snippet displayed for any on my searches, which leads me to think that there is something wrong with my implementation.
sample page: www.funstuff.co.il/tabid/62/ProdID/933/products.aspx [editor's note: adult oriented content, NSFW]
Any one has an Idea?
Thanks,
Asaf

Rich snippets are not guaranteed to be shown, indeed you have to be a bit of an authority in your field for them to show (easier if you're location dependent).
I'm not sure if Google is showing rich snippits for adult products though (and I'm not going to start searching to find out, lol)
Read the FAQ - http://knol.google.com/k/google-rich-snippets-tips-and-tricks#Frequently_Asked_Questions - sign up to the program - http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/request.py?contact_type=rich_snippets_feedback - (you seem to be outputting data okay though it may struggle with non-Latin characters) and see what happens.
Do you need a rating system to show up?

Schema for Data in Tables
I'm adding itemprops to data in a table. They are all the same type of data, but each row has different specifications. Is it best to put the data under one tag? Or separate each row into it's own tag?

How to optimize for different google seach center (google.de, google.ch) ?
We all use Deutsch language and (.com) domains for the sites. I ranked well in google.com ,but not so well in google.de , google.ch , my competitors ranked much better in google.de,google.ch. I checked most of their outbound-links, but get few information. Links from (.DE) domains or links from sites located in German help the rank for special google seach center ? (google.de, google.ch) . Or some other factors i missed? please help.

Why are Google search results different if you are log'd into Google or not?
I get different results when I'm log'd into my Google account associated with my website than if I'm not. The same country is occurring. So how can I rely on the google results I'm seeing? For instance my site is page 1 with the improvements I made based on SEOMOZ if I'm log'd in. Yet I'm not on the first 25 pages if I'm not logged in.

Schema.org for restaurant menus
Hi i have looking into ways that i can apply shema.org formatting to a website that has a collection of restaurant menus. I found related schema.org formats (eg recipes, reviews, products etc) though can not seem to find a format set out for menu items. I am considering using the product format (http://schema.org/Product) for each menu item on a restaurant menu though not sure if this would add much value or not. I was hoping Google when then know more about the data collected on the website and be able to show it more accurately to the end user when they are searching for this data (restaurant menu), with rich snippets in serp results. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Google indexing page with description
Hello, We rank fairly high for a lot of terms but Google is not indexing our descriptions properly. An example is with "arnold schwarzenegger net worth". http://www.google.ca/search?q=arnold+schwarzenegger+net+worth&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a When we add content, we throw up a placeholder page first. The content gets added with no body content and the page only contains the net worth amount of the celebrity. We then go back through and re-add the descriptions and profile bio shortly after. Will that affect how the pages are getting indexed and is there a way we can get Google to go back to the page and try to index the description so it doesn't just appear as a straight link? Thanks, Alex
