Can someone expand on what you actually get with your pro membership on the Site Intelligence API.

Personally I think that as SEOMoz is all about best practice, it would be super-cool just to pull that line out... it's confusing & misleading! 2 things I don't normally associate with the Moz team!I am currently using the free API, but am considering the paid version... just trying to crunch some numbers and make sure we would get the ROI needed first in terms of saving time with manual checks

Your correct that pages needs updating an in fact we have a new version rolling out in the next few weeks. As for the "premier" level access to the Site Intelligence API, this is for one of our old PRO levels call "premier". Currently we have 5 levels of PRO, they are PRO, PRO Plus, PRO Elite, PRO Agency, and PRO Enterprise. The PRO Premier level no longer exists which is why if you want access to the Site Intelligence API you need to pay for it separately from your PRO membership.

Hi, I found this question after being confused by the same page! I think this is important...
In that case the page in question should be altered, as at present it indicates that there is limited access to the site intelligence API... NOT the free one. Check it out: http://www.seomoz.org/api ->>> Quite clearly states, in the 'site intelligence API' box (e.g. NOT in the free API box, to the left of the page, but in the clearly labelled 'Site Intelligence API' box, that:
"Limited access is included with a Premier level PRO membership. You can also purchase unlimited access to this service separately."
So, if it is the FREE API that the premier level PRO membership gives a limited access to, then why is it detailed as being the Site Intelligence API? Surely that is actually false advertising? (Obviously unintentional! I really like SEOMoz! but I do think this page needs updating, so it is not advertising a benefit that isn't actually there!).

As a PRO member you get access to the SEOmoz Free API, which allows you to access to 3 calls, url-metrics, links, and anchor-text. Each of those calls is limited from the full paid version and those limitations are listed on this page, SEOmoz Free API. If you have any other question please contact help@seomoz.org

The page I linked to above says Pro members get 'limited' access. You know how much access this is? Why does page report still have "Too Many Links" alert?
I'm a new Moz Pro user and see that the on-page optimization report includes "too many links" on page and references the "100 links" guideline that Google no longer endorses: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=l6g5hoBYlf0 Too many links is still an issue in terms of passing link juice, but not much else. Matt Cutts has stated that it is fine to have many internal links in this regard. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Metric "Total Links" can somebody explain this metric to me?
Dear colleagues, Who can explain the following to me? Subdomain metrics - Total links The total links is huge compared to the sum of internal and external links. I do not understand this metric. SeoMoz and incorrect results?
Just recieved my weekly Rankings and On Page report. First thing i noticed is that an important keyword dropped big time. "Rejser til Cypern" dropped from #3 to #40 ... So i checked google.dk myself (using impersonal.me) and saw i was still #3 in SERP. I ran SeoMoz's own Keyword Difficulty Report-tool. It showed me i was #3 in SERP. Now im thinking: Did i just loose my trust in Seomoz, to whom i give access to all my GA-data? What to do? Have anyone else experienced this?

SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues
This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly. Is SEOMoz better than Traffic Travis ?
I've been trying both programs for the free trial and I'm not sure which one is exactly better. they seem to me that both give a similar asepct of research, However SEOMOZ seems to be updating more frequntly. On the seconnd hand, traffic travis is way more cheaper only $97 one time fee as apposed to SEOMoz $100 per month Could someone convince me SEOMOZ is the better tool?

What percentage of total backlinks are shown by "Open site explorer" tool?
What percentage of total good quality back links are shown in the "Open site" or other toolbar. I was checking backlinks for a spammy sites which ranks in #3-5 for a competitive keyword.But could not find nothing more than 10-15 PR4-5 in content backlinks and rest are just forum/profile signatures. 24% Trust/Authority of the Host Domain

Using the tools in the SEOmoz pro repertoire I have inserted keywords. Will the rankings tool show me the rankings for any of my pages on the site that have listed for this keyword, or just the home page?

How does the PRO Q&A forum work?
OK, so the SEOMoz PRO Q&A forum is officially awesome since the redesign. It works amazingly well guys - thanks for a great resource! I'm wondering, what technologies have you used to make it work so well? Is the Q&A forum totally custom, or does it run on top of another 3rd-party / open source / web app structure? We're thinking about doing something similar for our business (not in the SEO space, so don't worry 😉
