1. You can do nothing in this case except compromise because if he wants to defame you then he will continue till he is satisfied. So opt for compromise and stop him from spreading more content with your name.
2. You can't prove that he is doing this because he can do it all by using anyone's name or even your name.

Hey,
Thank you for suggestion but it is not my website. On this step google doesn't let me add the URL as an owner.
It is public website. Thus google also does not let me remove it if I report it as scam/threat
