Our site was hosted in North America and Google was crawling it reasonably fast. Since our traffic is mostly from India we moved it to India, now the crawling is terribly slow from Google. Is there anyway to fix the crawl rate(we have increased the crawl rate in GWT)

We have already done that in Webmaster tools but there is no change in the indexing rate. We would like to know if the hosting change from US to India is affecting us and if yes is there a way to fix it.

Why does my site have so many crawl errors relating to the wordpress login / captcha page

Going through the crawl of my site, there were around 100 medium priority issues, such as title element too short, and duplicate page title, and around 80 high priority issues relating to duplicate page content - However every page listed with these issues was the site's wordpress login / captcha page. Google not crawling the website from 22nd October

How can I fix this home page crawl error ?

My website shows this crawl error => 612 : Home page banned by error response for robots.txt. I also did not get any page data in my account for this website ... I did get keyword rankings and traffic data, I am guessing from the analytics account. url = www.mississaugakids.com Not sure really what to do with this ! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Googlebot Crawl Rate causing site slowdown

I am hearing from my IT department that Googlebot is causing as massive slowdown/crash our site. We get 3.5 to 4 million pageviews a month and add 70-100 new articles on the website each day. We provide daily stock research and marke analysis, so its all high quality relevant content. Here are the crawl stats from WMT: http://imgur.com/dyIbf I have not worked with a lot of high volume high traffic sites before, but these crawl stats do not seem to be out of line. My team is getting pressure from the sysadmins to slow down the crawl rate, or block some or all of the site from GoogleBot. Do these crawl stats seem in line with sites? Would slowing down crawl rates have a big effect on rankings? Thanks

Moz Crawl Reporting Duplicate content on "template" styled pages

We have a lot of detail pages on our site that reference specific scholarships. Each page has a different Title and Description. They also have unique information all regarding the same data points. The pages are displayed in a similar structure to the user so the data is easy to read. My problem is a lot of these pages are being reported as duplicate content when they certainly are not. Most of them are reported as duplicates when they have the same sponsor. They may have the same contact information listed. These two are being reported as duplicate of each other. At what point is the canonical tag crawled
