OOPS!! My website links the most to me, I can't get it??

Today, I have checked Google webmaster tools to get answer of following question.
Who links the most to my website? I was assumed that Google webmaster tools provide me list of external website where I have created my text links.
But, I can't get it when see my own website links the most to me. (4652??)
I checked my other websites which are integrated in Google webmaster tools. They also developed on same platform as well as same internal linking structure.
But, I am not able to find out similar issue over there.
That's why I am quite confuse with Vista Store. How can I solve it? Does it really matter?

Again thanks to give your time with my issue.
You raised one more mind bubble with my current stuff.
The most important thing is to work on building good links from other sites.
Now, I will digging till than good performance. I have no worry because you there on SEOmoz.
I am not raising one more question for link building just share my thoughts... going to close my discussion on this topic...

Well, you need your main menu to be crawlable so that the pages on your site are indexed.
You could analyze all of the links on the page(s) to see if there are any links that can either be removed or no followed. This would help to reduce the watering down of link value for each link on the page, but if there are no links that you can edit without creating problems with crawling, then it is best not to mess with them.
The most important thing is to work on building good links from other sites.

Hi CP,
What you are seeing is the internal links between pages on your site.
When I checked your home page using the Mozbar I see more than 200 links (most are from your sidebar menu). I also checked one of your product pages and see almost 190 links on that page too.
Your other sites may have less links per page, the menus on them may be built in a different way, you may have more external inks than internal, or Webmaster tools may just not be showing them to you (Google says that we will see more links in Webmaster Tools than using a link: search in a browser, but still may not see all of the links that they are aware of).

Hi, we are now involved in a google penalty issue (artificial links – global – all links). We were very surprised, cause we only have 300 links more less, and most of those links are from stats sites, some are malware (we are trying to fight against that), and other ones are article portals. We have created a spreadsheet with the links and we have analyzed them using Link Detox. Now we are sending emails, so that they can be removed, or disavow the links what happen is that we have very few links, and in 99% of then we have done nothing to create that link. We have doubts about what to do with some kind of links. We are not sure them to be bad. We would appreciate your opinion. We should talk about two types: Domain stats links Article portals Automatically generated content site I would like to know if we should remove those links or disavow them These are examples Anygator.com. We have 57 links coming from this portal. Linkdetox says this portal is not dangerous http://es.anygator.com/articulo/arranca-la-migracion-de-hotmail-a-outlook__343483 more examples (stats or similar) www.mxwebsite.com/worth/crearcorreoelectronico.es/ and from that website we have 10 links in wmt, but only one works. What do you do on those cases? Do you mark that link as a removed one? And these other examples… what do you think about them? Promoting as Affiliate by Having Nofollow Links, can it hurt
Hello, we have a PR-5 site http://www.updater.in In it - we are promoting Hosting, Web development primarily acting as affiliate to these companies. All links to the best of info are marked as nofollow, but still can it hurt search rankings as visitors are been directed within seconds to the respective partner I mean - the time which a person spends is pretty low and every page is marked as Affiliate. Links from a website or a subdomain, which would generate more benefits in terms of SEO?
I have a customer who just bought a domain (and the full website) of a competitor and decided that they will no longer update the website purchased. The website of my client has a Domain Authority = 50 and DA of the website purchased is 45. Each of them was registered by different companies and are on different servers too.

The reason for my message is that by being registered by different companies and are in differrent servers I can use the site purchased as a way to make link building to the main website (one way link buiding only from the website purchased to the main website), but I can put the website purchased as a subdomain of the main website and agregate content to the main website.

Bad neighborhood linking - anyone can share experience how significant it can impact rankings?
SEOMoz community, If you have followed our latest Q&A posts you know by now that we have been suffering since the last 8 months from a severe Google penalty we are still trying to resolve. Our international portfolio of sports properties has suffered significant ranking losses across the board. While we have been tediously trying to troubleshoot the problem for a while now we might be up to a hot lead now. We realized that one of the properties outside of our key properties, but are site that our key properties are heavily linking to (+100 outgoing links per property) seems to have received a significant Google penalty in a sense that it has been completely delisted from the Google index and lost all its PageRank (Pr4) While we are buffed to see such sort of delisting, we are hopeful that this might be the core of our experienced issues in the past i.e. that our key properties have been devalued due to heavy linking to a bad neighborhood site. My question two the community are two-fold: Can anyone share any experience if it is indeed considered possible that a high number of external links to one bad neighboorhood domain can cause significant ranking drops in the rank from being top 3 ranked to be ranked at around a 140 for a competetive key word? The busted site has a large set of high quality external links. If we swap domains is there any way to port over any link juice or will the penalty be passed along? If that is the case I assume the best approach would be to reach out to all the link authorities and have tem link to the new domain instead of the busted site? Thanks /Thomas
