Hey John,

Hi Naman,
I found the culprit! It looks like you are blocking rogerbot from crawling here:
User-agent: Ezooms
Disallow: /
I just learned today that we have a crawler alias, Ezooms is an anagram of Seomoz
Removing this will let us crawl.
Hope that helps!
Hey Naman!
I took a look at your site and I do see a lot of heavy javascript usage which might be confusing rogerbot. I've opened a ticket with our engineering team to double-check to make sure we are crawling your site and I will reply with an update sometime tomorrow.
Cheers!
Hey Walker!
I can definitely see how helpful specifying date ranges would benefit you and everyone else with a long history. This would definitely be a great feature request which you can submit your suggestion here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-SEOmoz-PRO-Feature-Requests\
You can vote for features you'd like to see and suggest your own, both of which help our product team in deciding what to build next!
Hope that helps!
Hi Jet,
This is something that might take awhile for us to resolve. For toolbar only purposes you can use it in Firefox which works great. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience and wish I could give you an ETA.
Hope you have a great weekend!
Hi Lee,
We used to be able to pull from Google's API to show keyword volume and now we are using Bing.
Hi Lee,
The functionality is not for the keyword volume, just the keyword analysis highlighted here: http://www.screencast.com/t/ZRcUgBDbDR
Everything between the two is an extra feature.
I know it is very confusing and I am actually trying to get this updated with labels to show which search engine was used for the analysis or at least have the analysis appear directly below the drop down options.
I hope it clears things up a little.
Hi Ritchie,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I apologize for some confusion with how we handle redirects from http to https for the same subdomain. Technically we are seeing two versions of the same site which is why the on-page analysis will show keywords twice. Your secure site is already ranking higher in SERPs for your keywords thanks to the redirect you have in place. It will take time for the reports from the http to drop over leaving just the https keywords.
You could try a root domain campaign as a workaround for just backup-technology.com (without the www) which might remove the duplicates. I would definitely like to follow up with you and see how this works out.
I hope that makes sense.
Hi Carl,
Are you referring to the message that appears on the dashboard? If so it will not go away until you close the message on the top right corner or once the full crawl is completed. It is a little confusing because it says you will have some results in a couple of hours and it is only there as a welcome message.
Hope that helps!
Hi there,
We currently do not have a way to track keywords on Facebook or Twitter but that would be a great feature request. You can submit your feedback/idea here:
http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests
You can vote for features you'd like to see and suggest your own, both of which help our product team in deciding what to build next. Add your request there and hopefully we'll see it come to fruition sometime down the line.
Hope that helps!
Hey Everyone!
The search volume you're looking for is pulled from Google's Adwords API. We unfortunately no longer use the AdWords API and it's unlikely that we will be getting it back. We are working on an alternative resource for that information but we have no solid time frame right now.
The data is available directly from your AdWords account as well if you need it.
That section is separate from the rest of the report so the choices you see in the drop down will not affect the volume and will always remain static on every report.
It is a little confusing and I do apologize.
Hi DaddySmurf!
Managing brand rules can be a little confusing at times. Here is a great blog post that might be able to clarify some things for you: http://moz.com/blog/introducing-branded-keyword-rules-and-metrics
Hope this helps!
Ahh yes, those were temporarily removed and you will actually see the detailed changes in your next rankings reports which two of them have already been sent this morning.
Hope that helps!
Hi Jarno,
Just our branding and marketing were updated so no software changes yet (not until Moz Analytics roll out to everyone). As for your reports I do see the others completed and emailed to you on the 18th. These also completed and emailed the prior week on the 11th. Let me know if you can find the reports in your spam/junkmail folder.
Our Community Manager Jen Lopez goes through and manually reviews mozPoints about once a month, but the process timeline is not set in stone and it's all dependent on that manual review. So I'm not sure exactly when you'll be getting the refund - it does take a lot of time for Jen to review all of the accounts. Someday we'll automate it! Until then, just keep an eye out and we'll get that to you as soon as we can!
Hi Cristian,
I took a look at your campaign and do see the last update was on the 17th, do you remember when you added your keywords? The next update will take place this Friday.
Jarno,
I would like to take a look at your campaigns as well. Our branding changes should not have affected crawls or ranking updates. Let me know what campaigns are not updating and I will get them pushed through for you today.
Cheers!
Awesome, glad to hear it's working for you
Hi Rahul,
Our Rank tracker tool does not include Universal placement listings in the results, if you'd like to see your progress with your rankings regionally, you would have to start a campaign to obtain data associated with your efforts. For more information, please check out Moz.com/help/rankings.
Hope that helps!
Hi Dimitri,
Thank you! Can you tell me what browser you mainly use and if you can duplicate it in another?
Thank you!
So I took a look at your campaigns and it shows we crawled 394 pages.
http://www.screencast.com/t/bQcauoHeH27B
It's possible that your first crawl may not have picked up on the redirect but it's definitely finding pages now.
Let me know if you see something different in your settings.
Cheers,
Hi Dimitri,
Thank you for the feedback! I can confirm that we are experiencing a bug with completing profiles which we hope to resolve soon. Some footers will still show SEOMoz as it is still our legal name. We are currently updating SEOmoz to Moz for the forms you mentioned.
I will shoot an message to our devs to see if they can add a link to moz.com from the devblog.
As for your profile, I cannot duplicate the issue. If it occurs can you post a screenshot?
Thank you again and feel free to reply with any other issues!
Cheers
Hi David,
To answer your first question what you are seeing does not affect Moz at all as we use multiple IPs to avoid bias. In OpenSiteExplorer links are not affected by locality.
Check out the FAQ we have for Universal Rankings at the bottom of this link: http://moz.com/help/pro/rankings
Hope that helps!
Hello!
Is there a specific campaign you are referring to? I would love to take a look and see if I can help.
Cheers,
Hi MrFrisbee
I took a look at your campaigns and I can see the bug you are experiencing. The current fix is to reset your GA profile. You will not lose your history as we are only pulling data from Google. Go into campaign settings, change your profile to another then switch it back. This will refresh your traffic data.
We are working on resolving this and unfortunately I do not have an ETA. I do apologize for any inconvenience may be causing.
Hope that helps!
Hi Tim,
Ferderico is correct. You can definitely export all of your historical data to provide to your client and have them create their new campaign for their domain. They will only need to input 5 keywords and then copy & paste the rest once its setup.
Hope that helps!
Hello there!
I took a look at your campaigns and do see the custom reports were created today. This means your monthly reports will begin collecting data for June thru July which is why your first report will be sent to you next month. In the meantime you can always export your current history for each metric as separate reports (except link analysis). I hope this helps and I do apologize for any confusion.
Have a great weekend!

Excellent! Glad to hear you still have some data from it
Hi there,
If the campaign is archived then you can re-activate it per Nakul's suggestion but if it has been deleted then the data has been completely removed from our hard drives which cannot be recovered. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience and if there is anything else I can do for you let me know.
Cheers,

Hi Paul,
AdAgency is correct. Our ranking tool will track keywords you specify which will let you know if they rank in the top 50 for SERPs for all pages within your domain.
Hope that helps!

Hey Everyone!
We're seeing a few accounts showing huge discrepancies with traffic data and have found success in re-connecting to Google Analytics.
Let us know if that is not working for you.

Hey there!
It looks like you are referring to the same domain in your other question here: http://moz.com/community/q/have-a-campaign-but-only-states-1-page-has-been-crawled-by-seomoz-bots-what-needs-to-be-done-to-have-all-the-pages-crawled
I've posted my response there as the solution will also resolve this issue.
Cheers!

Hello!
It looks like you setup a subdomain campaign but left out the subdomain heading "www". There should have been a warning that would have popped up when attempting to submit the setting. Let me know if the warning never appeared. Unfortunately you will have to delete and start over.
Here's an example of how you could set it up: http://www.screencast.com/t/Buu05s3EkiU
This also applies to your other question for the other domain.
Hope this helps!

Hi David,
I apologize for any confusion you are running into with our tools. Followerwonk is a separate tool which is why you are being redirected back to followerwonk.com. You should see your login name on the top right corner, if not, click on the link your moz and twitter accounts. You will have to re-authenticate your twitter account each time you return to the page.
Hope that helps!

Hey Bill!
We currently don't have a way to allow separate logins to access data but it is something we are working on implementing in the future.

Hey Holger!
This is a great question.
One of your best options is to create separate URLs for each language as recommended by Google's documentation regarding multi-regional and multilingual sites found here:
http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=182192#1
example:
1. www.website.com (english)
2. www.website.de (german)
This would be a lot of work and (potential) site restructuring so how viable this option is would be something you would need consider.
Another option is to create a subdomain for the english site (e.g. http://en.website.de). Once this is done, you can start a campaign for both website.de and en.website.de. This way you can isolate just the english version of the site.
The last option that I can think of would be to create a campaign for your main/originating domain. If the english subfolder is housed on that domain, we'll more than likely crawl it along with the rest of the site. To separate out the English and German content, you could just filter/remove it from an exported CSV report.
Regarding your suggestion for excluding folders and URLs, this would be an excellent feature request. I recommend submitting this in our feature request forum. Our Product team checks this daily and uses it to help plan out our roadmap for future releases and may add this in there.
Hope this helped clear things up and let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
