Hello!
There is no issue if you are only seeing the 200 and 301 responses in the crawl report as it would be normal. We will return an HTTP response code for every page we crawl.

Hi Tanan
I'm afraid the Mozscape API is for link metrics and does not offer keyword data.
Hello!
I'm afraid the SERP reports are live results so there isn't a way for us to see if universal results are present until a SERP report is requested.
Hello!
The button has been fixed and should be working.
@rvseo, the current version of Mozbar is stable and functional outside of the keyword difficulty button which is now resolved.
The only ongoing issues with Mozbar is the version for Firefox which is not currently supported until Mozilla can approve the version we use for Chrome.
Hello!
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with Mozbar.
We recently upgraded the MozBar and we're receiving reports that some users are unable to view certain metrics within the tool. I can confirm this issue is not on your end as this affects my access as well. Our engineers are investigating a solution and once a fix has been deployed I will definitely let you know!
Hi Hector!
Old links generally do not stay in our index or will get picked up unless we can discover or re-discover those links from currently crawled pages. OSE is based on freshness so we would need to discover NEW pages that are still linking to your links. If they are old links and are now too deep from the home pages of those sites, we will not likely pick them up. After each index release we start from 0 links and crawl are way down from sites with high domain authority and those seeded from these sites are generally re-crawled and discovered.
OSE = quality, webmaster tools = quanity
Hope this helps!
So it doesn't appear to be a javascript issue. I looked at your campaign and the page getting 73 is actually for http://whichledlight.com/t/gu10-led-bulbs without the www which re-directs to the home page.
The on-page tool for that URL is grading https://www.whichledlight.com/
:)
Hello!
The scores will not be accurate for either version as the pages are in javascript which our tool cannot crawl as it only can read standard HTML content.
Hey Oliver
The only contact information we are looking for is the mailto: email address tag in the source code of a page which is only if we decided to crawl the page. We do index many links without crawling. Also our data is not a live representation of links/domain status as we also could have indexed a link up to 190 days prior.
Hope this helps!
Hi Moz1122
I've refunded the charge and canceled your subscription. Hope this helps!
Hi Cam
We need to discover those links from external linking sources. I recommend making sure you are building links on sites that are getting fresh links to them from other authoritative sites.
Hope this helps
Hi Austin
All campaign updates occur once a week on the same day based on when the campaign was first created. The crawl tests Thomas suggested is helpful as well for instant crawls. Our crawl-test in research tools will limit to 3000 pages.
Cheers!
Hello!
You will want to make sure there is only one version across all services hosting your listing. This will help Google and other search engines return a single result for consistency.
Hope this helps!
Hey Casey!
This is referring to the target URL that our crawler is being re-directed to.
Hope this helps!
Hi Hassan!
The keyword difficulty tool will actually be going away. I recommend checking out keyword explorer!
Here is an in-depth blog post about the tools. I recommend participating in the discussion there

Hi Paul
This means you are re-attempting to re-submit too quickly. You will want to wait 2 minutes before resubmitting, however since the transaction initially declined, I recommend contacting your bank for more info.
Hope this helps!
Hi Pamela can youl provide the URL and the critical issue our tool is not seeing?
Hello!
Small sites generally won't stay in our index if we don't find NEW links to a domain. Our cache will remove a link after 190 days unless re-crawled.
I recommend checking Just Discovered to see if your domain is in queue for re-indexing from new discovered links. If not, you will want to keep link building on sites that have high authority and are likely able to be picked up..
There are some insight provided here that will help: https://moz.com/community/q/da-pa-fluctuations-how-to-interpret-apply-understand-these-ml-based-scores
Cheers!
Hello!
If the businesses are duplicates where you have an original listing created on the same service, definitely submit a request to close them. If they are not your business at all, ignore.
If you have already purchased a listing, you do not need to search using our tool for your business as we will filter your paid listing out of the results. So only search if you are intending to purchase a new listing for a different location.
Inability to contact any engine means the APIs we connect to are not available. Each time you load this report, it is a live search query and we recommend only refreshing once or twice a week.
Hope this helps!
Hello!
Our campaigns have 90% tolerance for duplicate content so this means if the page source code is at least 90% similar, it will be flagged.
Canonicals will only work if all pages that are truly identical each point to the same canonical URL
So if you have something like www.domain.com/productA/ as the primary URL for a single product
All 3 URLs below need to point to "www.domain.com/productA/" as the canonical
www.domain.com/productA/color=blue
www.domain.com/productA/category/tag
www.domain.com/productA/page1
For another product www.domain/productB/
These will always report as a duplicate of productA if there isn't enough unique content to prevent them from being too similar due to the layout/template making up the majority of the source code.
For pages that are completely targeting separate products, those cannot be ignored so it will help to add more unique content to those pages to prevent getting flagged.
Here is a great article on how you can address duplicates for a site like yours: www.goinflow.com/duplicate-content-ecommerce-seo/
Hope this helps!
Some modules are default monthly such as links data since those update when our index updates. Are there any specific modules you are trying to add that does not have the time frame option?
Rankings won't appear the same way, you can toggle weekly/monthly above the graph/chart on the right side
Crawls are weekly only as there isn't a "monthly" option to show a list of all errors. The only module you should add here will be for the Issues Overview and priority tabs to show the summary. Use CSV reports to export links data as the rows in a PDF report may not generate if there are too many links. CSVs will show the full URLs while the PDFs will not.
Links are monthly only since this data is imported directly from our Mozscape Index.
Let me know if this helps!
Hi Maureen
Currently you are only able to setup weekly and monthly timeframes which must apply to all modules so you can have
Campaign Name Weekly Report
Campaign Name Monthly Report
You can setup daily reports but this will only apply to site traffic modules which we do daily import for from Google.
The settings here apply to reports that will generate in the future to maintain a PDF copy of your weekly/monthly update history.
Let me know if this helps!
Hi Rena
The links are a result of missing the proper mailto: tag when linking an email address. In the source code you will want to look for [sales@intercallsystems.com](<a class=)">
and replace it with <a <="" span="">href="mailto:</a>sales@intercallsystems.com">
Hope this helps!
Hi Collin
We can remove your from our list of receiving unsolicited messages but cannot disable the bubble entirely as this is our easiest way for our customers to reach out to our help team for issues.
Hope this helps
Hello!
Canonical tags do only tell which version of the URL a search engines should index but does not completely block access to the original URL being visited so we will still provide you a notice just in case it will be for a page that may need a new URL structure.
For the second part the tool is acknowledging the presence of a canonical tag.
These are both notices and not errors so there isn't anything you need to take action for unless you can identify a page that will need to be modified.
Hope this helps!
Hi Endre
Sorry for any confusion. Our index can show you data cached for up to 190 days. These are links that we followed at least over 6 months ago. They will fall out of our index with the next couple of updates.
Hope this helps
Hey Richard! It appears your site might be intermittently placing these titles on the page. Looking at cached data you can find the titles we picked up last week
Hope this helps!
Hello!
The external media URLs will refer to videos and infographics, etc.
Here is a breakdown of all fields: https://moz.com/local/help/documentation#External_Media_URLs
Our HQ is in Seattle, as we are a software company we have developers and engineers present in Oregon. The majority of us are in Seattle.
Hi Thomas
Do you have any filters setup in your Google profile? Any filters enabled will prevent Google from sending us you search traffic data.
As for backlinks we have a specific way of indexing links we discover from internal sites.
Here is a our guide that explains more about the process: https://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/open-site-explorer#frequently-asked-questions
Hey Brad!
This does seem suspicious and will have our devs take a look. I may not hear back from them right away. Will keep you posted!
Hi Maciej
I'm afraid there isn't a way to tell us where you listings are located. The check listing report is a live search tool, so it will depend on Citysearch to return results to us. We simply query their API for the NAP so there could be an issue with their database, or the listing is not available.
Hi Lisa!
We are already in the process of implementing SNI through writing a new crawler since we cannot simply update our existing one. This will take some time to build and I'm afraid I do not have an exact ETA for completion.
Hi Morgan!
You will want to check with your hosting provider to look at the https configuration for your domain. They will be able to isolate any issues there as they should not be resolving if it isn't setup.
Hope this helps!
Hi Marco
Having the URL will definitely help. You can email us at help@moz.com if you wish to keep it private.
Cheers!
The fix we are working on involves a complete re-write of our crawler which will take time to complete. I'm afraid I do not have an ETA but will keep this thread posted with any updates.
Hello!
If the site is live and reachable without a username/password, it wouldn't hurt to have crawl reports to make sure it will be free of any broken links and factors like title and meta descriptions are still visible.
Hope this helps
Hey Alex!
I'm afraid the current version of Mozscape does not support many new TLDs. So it is a limitation of the tool which we are resolving in Mozscape 2.0 which won't be ready for a while.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
If SNI is not enabled with GoDaddy, the other issue would be related to not having intermediate SSL certificates setup.
Hey David!
Currently one known issue that would prevent reports form generation would be a result of the size of the report. This will not generate if any modules that contain many rows of data is added. This will include large keyword lists, crawl URL issues, and links data. We recommend downloading CSVs to obtain that data as the URLs will be complete as reports are basically a screenshot so URLs can be cut off. Summaries of the data are best to use in reports. We are moving to a new PDF generation service that will support large reports which will hopefully be ready within the next few months.
Let me know if this helps!
Hello!
I'm afraid there is an issue in Mozbar with the service we are using to display WHOIS info for a domain. We do have plans to update this in the future.
Sounds great Lucas!
Will give these settings to another user to see if it works.
Thanks again!
Hi Lucas
Glad to hear you were able to find a workaround! One concerning bit is the disabling of the BrowserAgent security check. Would you be able to check with CloudFlare to see if this is recommended? Your findings may benefit many users that run into this issue and we can recommend this setup to other CF users.
Cheers!
Hey Becky
I recommend looking at the metrics directly in OSE to get a side-by-side comparison
You will find a breakdown of the page, sub-domain, and entire root domain metrics at this link.
Hope this helps!
Hi Doron
Donford provided some great advice. Also when adding new pages to track, you will have to wait for the next weekly update before your report is automatically generated. Hope this helps.
Hello!
Local rankings in the research tools is under development and won't be available until next year. So it's coming!
Hi Joe
The index updates are manually processed and are not on an automated schedule. We have a release currently in progress which you will see the updates immediately directly in OSE at moz.com/researchtools/ose and within a day the data is imported into campaigns.
Hope this helps
Hi Gareth!
This will be hard to troubleshoot without knowing the full URLs. Could you send us the exact URLs you are working with to help@moz.com so we can take a look?
Hello!
There are two parts of our on-page grader. The discover tab which grades keywords we find ranking in the top 50 automatically and Track & Discover where you can add the URL + Keyword combo we will automatically grade each week. You can set up a custom report to obtain a PDF update to email for the overview but not for individual reports.
This is only available in a Moz Campaign.
Hope this helps!
Hi Duke!
I'm afraid square space is blocking our crawlers for some reason. Our engineers are working with their engineers for a solution. This may take some time to resolve and this is the only reason we are not able to reach your page.
Hey Dino!
Since the domain is not actually www.locksmith.com or www.locksmiths.com, we will not recognize the keyword usage and the entire domain name counts as a single keyword. We do not recognize broad usage in the domain name as an exact match.
So what we are looking for would be considered as exact match hyphenated domains.
So something like www.seattle-locksmith.com would be two keywords in the domain.
Hope this helps!
