I have updated my Robots.txt file recently to fix the description snip-it on Google reading "A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt – learn more". How can I have this updated to read my META data?

301 Redirect & Canonical Tags
If I have URL A and need to 301 Redirect to URL B but want to have a canonical tag on URL B pointing to URL A Would this be considered cloaking? My server which runs .net 3.5 does not allow me to do URL re-writes.

I was a little unclear as to part of your response. What were you referring to when you said "as long as you continue seeing the full crawl, you should be good to go"?
Where should I be seeing the full crawl? When I look at the Crawl Diagnostic Summary, it notes that the last crawl was on May 10, 2013 (the day we set up the campaign) and the next crawl is to start May 18, 2013. I received email notification that SEOmoz was successfully recrawled it May 11, 2013. Similar to the May 10 crawl, the May 11 crawl only went through 2 pages.
I also checked up on our robots.txt and tags. There isn't blocking anything the crawler on that front.

SEOmoz crawler not crawling my site
We set up a new campaign in SEOmoz on Friday. It is my understanding that the preliminary crawl can cover up to 250 and this has been our experience in the past. However, the preliminary crawl only went through 2 pages. This is a larger eCommerce site with many pages. Any ideas why more pages weren't crawled?
We set up the campaign to track at the root domain level.

Sorry about that-- the Webmaster tools I've been referencing are Google.
It might be that I'm not fully understanding what your pointing out but here's what I'm seeing for Nov. 16- Present:
GA:
Traffic Sources> Sources> All Traffic 815,700 visits
Traffic Sources> Search > Organic 149,000
Traffic Sources> Search> Organic > 115,000
WT:
Queries: 29
Impressions: 170 (mostly on Nov. 16, a few on Nov. 17)
Clicks <10
As you can see, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics are not matching up. I'm also concerned they will not match up on their own as its been nearly a month now.

Thanks for your response. The GA source for Google has been reporting visits consistent with historical data during the time in which Webmaster Tools has been reporting 0 visits.Any ideas as to what might be the cause of the discrepancy would be greatly appreciated!

Webmaster Tools shows 0 visits, Analytics shows 1000s?
Webmaster Tools reported a "Big traffic change for top URL" for one of our sites about three and a half weeks ago. WT traffic is 0 since that date. However, our analytics data shows no significant decline in traffic.
The WT alert was received on Nov. 16. There was a significant dip in GA visits Nov. 22 but it recovered and I'm seeing no other indication that this is a penalty. What could be going on?

Thanks for you reply! Let me clarify things a bit. The company website in question is that of a cell phone service provider in Mexico that is looking to move into the American market. The target demographic for this crossover is bi-lingual and Spanish speakers in the US, particularly those with an interest in international calling. Given the strength of the brand in Mexico, it will likely be most recognized by Hispanics of Mexican-origin. Looking at the groups you differentiated above I also see the two following as standing out:
- People from various Spanish, Latin American, or South American countries who now reside in the US and speak Spanish only?
- Those who speak Spanish and English and are from a hispanic country but living in the US?
I was wondering if search within these demographics might include queries that were partially in Spanish and/or Spanish queries typed in English search. If this is the case how should I adapt my keyword research?

Spanglish? Picking keywords for an English website with a Spanish speaking search demographic
I'm putting together meta data for an English website whose target search demographic is the Hispanic market. The website has a Spanish translation as well. When I entered the website into the Google Adwords keyword tool to begin doing keyword research, all keywords returned to me were in Spanish. I am unsure if the meta data keywords I'm preparing for the page should be in Spanish despite the fact that I am preparing the meta data for the English version. Moreover, should there be any mixed Spanish English (Spanglish?) keywords as users might be searching under the English search but in Spanish or with queries that are partially in Spanish?

After watching Rand & Dharmesh's The State of SEO and Internet Marketing in 2012 webinar, I've been trying to learn more about the (current and potential long-term) impact of Google+ on SERPS and ranking. How can one leverage Google+ to improve SEO? Would love to hear your thoughts.
