Emailing help@moz.com is your best bet. Also let them know which forms you used, so we're able to track down what may not be working. Do make sure that you've checked the email associated with your Moz account -- sometimes people have info@domain.com for their Moz email and forget to check that, or it goes to the accounting department.

Hi Ryan,
Just a note to let you know there is one answer to your question. Can you let us know if this helped you, or if you need additional information? Thanks!

Hi! Did these answers take care of your question, or do you still have some questions?

RE: Has anyone else experience their Domain Authority Drop in the last 2 weeks to their sites
The last two indexes have resulted in lower DAs for many sites. You'll notice that your competitors are likely also lower. The next index release should be back to normal. We apologize for this frustration.

RE: When Moz provides an on-page grade report card, what tells Moz which keyword to grade for?
They're automatically chosen. If the keyword is ranking in the top 50 of your preferred search engine, the keyword is added. We have some more information at http://moz.com/help/pro/on-page-reports that should help.

RE: Traffic by Country: Is It Possible to Change it?
The first step would be to verify your site in Google Webmaster Tools and set your geotargeting to Nigeria. Have you done that yet?

RE: How i can re-analyze ?
If you remove the campaign, then you will lose all of your history. We do crawl every week, so it's best to keep the campaign.
-
RE: How can I submit a sitemap to moz?
It's best to have the robots.txt file list the XML sitemap location. This is only for your campaign crawl, and does not affect OSE.

RE: How can I submit a sitemap to moz?
Actually, Moz Analytics does not require GA to work properly, though it does help.

RE: New Google Update In The Past Two Days???
Other people are seeing this too. Barry did a post on it at Search Engine Roundtable. http://www.seroundtable.com/google-update-17328.html

RE: Google +
http://www.google.com/intl/en/+/policy/content.html is the list of terms and conditions for Google+. I have heard of a Nevada brothel that also had their G+ account suspended. Could be a content violation, but I don't know, since I've never seen the G+ page.

RE: Does anyone know why my website's domain authority has dropped from 51 to 49
Hi! I do know why things have dropped. We released a new index last week, and it was a little bit smaller than the previous index. A smaller index means seeing fewer links, and thus less domain authority. It's nothing to worry about, since everyone went down about the same amount.
-
RE: How i can re-analyze ?
After we switched from SEOmoz to Moz, we lost a link to that tool. We're looking at making it more visible again, but right now it is just having to know about it, unfortunately.
-
RE: How i can re-analyze ?
Hi! We crawl once a week, so your campaign will be reanalyzed within a few days. You can crawl up to 3000 URLs at a time on demand at http://pro.moz.com/tools/crawl-test which can also help. The results won't show up in your campaign, but you'll be able to download the CSV and see what still needs fixing.
There's no need to delete and start your campaign over, and you'll lose your history when you do that. The starter crawl with a campaign is also only 250 URLs.

RE: Optimizing Product Catalogs for Multiple Brick & Mortar Locations
You might want to check out my profile links. My husband was just down in Houston in July for a national battle, but I don't see any more battles planned down that way for the rest of the year.

RE: How do I find #of RSS Subscribers", "Most Popular Post URL", "What is the most popular post about"
Thomas, thanks for your detailed insight into the Moz community! I do think that this poster is looking for something slightly different though. I think they have a list of blog URLs and they want to know for each blog how many RSS subscribers it has, the most popular post in that list, etc.

Thank you all for your answers, your time, your encouragement towards each other and towards all of the people in our community. I'm awed by all of you tonight.

RE: How many updates google do ?
I don't believe there is a set schedule like you're looking for. Google tends to crawl active sites more often than inactive sites. For example, questions asked here in Q&A get indexed within just a few minutes of being posted. The rankings are calculated each time a query is run. There are several hundred algorithm changes a year, so things are always changing.
Toolbar Pagerank can go months without being updated, but Google's internal Pagerank calculation is updated constantly.
-
RE: Domain authority dropped 4 points in a week!
MozCast doesn't use Domain Authority in its calculation.
-
RE: Domain authority dropped 4 points in a week!
The index updated this week, for the first time in about six weeks. This can cause DA to change, especially since the index is a little smaller this month. Before worrying too much, check out your competitors and see how they compare to you, and if they've also decreased.

RE: OMG. RAND IS ATTACKED! (in a blog post)
We didn't log anyone out. There has been a delay in email notifications systemwide, not just in this thread. We're investigating that right now.

RE: Huge increase in US direct visits to a UK site, why?
Here are a couple of causes of that, which I've seen in my own analytics.
-
A website monitoring service was added, that was somehow triggering javascript. I found this by looking in the hosts section of GA, where you usually see what ISP people are using.
-
GA is for some reason counting one visitor going to a bunch of pages as lots of visitors going to one page. The visitors were all from the same city, all had the same resolution of their monitor, version of flash, etc. I verified this because we happened to be running a second stats program on the site, and I saw they were all from the same IP and just browsing the site.

RE: Mozscape Update-Why every site is down?
It's likely on our end. We did have a smaller index this time, and will have a smaller one next time as well. I know it's frustrating to see your numbers go down one month, but it's actually best to look more at how are you doing compared to your competitors rather than absolute numbers each month.
We have information about each update at http://moz.com/products/api/updates. Here's the information from the most recent update from the engineers:
One note: With this index release, there is a slight reduction in link counts across the board, but the majority of them should be there.
The reduction is due to some scheduling issues we ran into a couple of weeks ago (and have since fixed) for the crawlers. So, we will have slightly reduced counts for this index and the next, and we'll return to normal after that.

And we've updated! Thanks again for your patience everyone.

RE: Opensiteexplorer
We did just have an index update this afternoon, and it may not yet have reached the campaigns. I'd take a look in a few hours and see if there is still a difference in numbers.

RE: Why is there no Mozscape index update?
We apologize for the delay. We encountered some unexpected difficulties, but we hope to be able to release this index in the next day. We will know more in the next 3-4 hours, and I will update this post as I have more information.

Hi Shaun,
Since Followerwonk is now part of Moz, the best thing to do is email help@moz.com. Thanks, and sorry for your troubles.

RE: 3 months of backlinks building is enough ?
Google updates all the time. The Toolbar PageRank icon is updated every few months, and is not an accurate reflection of Google's true ranking of the site.
-
RE: Anyone familiar with these guys?
Yes, I've heard of them. They emailed me last year asking me to exchange links with them and my forum site that deals with model warship combat. I reported them to our lawyer for using the Roger Mozbot image and SEOmoz logo without permission.
-
RE: What's the most accurate free pr checker?
The Moz toolbar actually does not report PR.

RE: Dupe content report showing in 'Errors' section when surely should be in 'Warnings' section ?
Yes, errors are a more severe category than warnings.

RE: Anyone else receiving several duplicate Moz Weekly Rankings Report today?
Hi Moosa,
We do have a known issues board that we update if it's an extended outage that's affecting a large portion of users. In this case, the error happened for just a few hours and affect a small portion of users.

RE: Generating Rich Snippets without Structured Data
I've had it happen to me too, with a site that uses tables for data. A search for site:strikemodels.com/products will show a few examples. I haven't done anything to encourage these results.
