Thanks for your feedback, that entirely what we were discussing earlier today and are intending on doing. Just would have been nice to understand how and why such a big drop happened overnight, rather than gradually. 
Also, why for the longest time we have been ahead of our competition, still I guess with SEO, thats just the way it goes, no-one seems able to answer the mysteries of google
