I think that's why our tool isn't finding the keyword there — it looks like that tag doesn't exist!

Unfortunately, there's no way to go back and view the previous week's Site Crawl data. If you need to see each week's data after the fact, it would be a good idea to set up a Custom Report with Site Crawl modules and set it up to run weekly. That way you'll get a report each week sent to you that includes your Site Crawl data, and you'll be able to keep those reports as a historical record of previous week's data.

Best practice would be to have just one title tag in place for each page.

It might be worth sitting down with your web developer and making sure that just the text you want to appear as Alt Text is in those alt tags in the code.

I took a look at your Site Crawl results and your site, and I believe this is a result of our crawler's inability to work with Javascript. If your site is primarily Javascript, then the data you get back with regards to the crawl report won't be completely accurate because of this. It looks like, due to the Javascript on the page, we weren't able to find any links to keep crawling: https://www.screencast.com/t/mqy7SUb9f
There's no real workaround that I can recommend for this one, since it is a technical limitation of our tools, but I did find some good blog posts and discussions in the Q&A about this when I searched our Help Hub.
While the tools and data that rely on our crawl of your site may not return the best results because of that Javascript, your keyword rankings and link profile should work just fine.
You might also want to check out a few tools that are compatible with Javascript, like Botify or Screaming Frog.

I took a look at your Campaign, and I think the reason we found fewer pages for your most recent crawl was that we got caught up in pages we'd already seeing as a result of redirect issues. I would recommend taking a close look at your redirect issues and see if you can resolve those — after that we should be able to crawl more pages again.

We do here reports on this from time to time from our users, but usually it resolves fairly quickly.
If it's not resolving please check that you're not blocking third party cookies from your browser. Here is a guide to checking this at your end https://moz.com/help/guides/research-tools/mozbar#more-help
Once you've checked you're allowing third party cookies, please close the MozBar out completely, and then your browser out completely and then re-launch.
Then activate MozBar and try clicking on the blue "Log in" link a few times. Each time a new tab opens and the log in should register after a few clicks.
Let me know if this helps at all! If you're still stuck I'll send over some more troubleshooting suggestions.

If your site is primarily Javascript, then the data you get back with regards to the site crawl report won't be completely accurate because of this. Spam Score doesn't update with the same frequency as the rest of the data in Open Site Explorer, so it's entirely possible that the score you're seeing for your old domain is outdated and no longer accurate. It sounds like it's been long enough that the backlink info for that site has fallen back out of our index — linking data is only stored for around 180 days — but the Spam Score hasn't been updated yet.
I would expect to see the Spam Score for the old domain change after that metric updates again. Unfortunately, I don't know when that will be — I don't have an ETA for when Spam Score will be updated next. Sorry about that!

This is a tricky one — the answer to these questions is almost always specific to the site and the Campaign. For this Campaign, it looks like your robots.txt file returned a 403 forbidden response to our crawler: https://www.screencast.com/t/f42TiSKp
Do you use any kind of DDOS protection software? That can give our tools trouble and cause us to be unable to access the robots.txt file for your site.
I'd recommend checking with your web developer to make sure that your robots.txt file is accessible to our user-agent, rogerbot, and returning a 200 OK status for that user-agent. If you're still having trouble, it'll be easier to assist you if you contact us through help@moz.com, where we can take a closer look at your account and Campaign directly.

Site Crawl results can take up to a week or more to fully populate, depending on a lot of factors, like how large the site is, how many pages we're crawling, and what kinds of errors and Site Crawl issues our crawler is encountering along the way.
It looks like you've got a whole bunch of Campaigns set up, so I wasn't sure which to check on, but I would be willing to bet that it's the size of the crawl itself that's slowing things down.

Unfortunately, there's no way to use modifiers in your searches in Keyword Explorer to see results for, for example, "Apple and Oranges" but not "Kiwi." The tool is looking for exact matches for the keywords you enter, and it doesn't have any sense of modifiers to exclude or include different terms.
The best thing to do would be to search for your keywords and then simply group keyword suggestions by high lexical similarity to the terms you've entered, or exclude your search terms for broader results.

Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. I think I can help explain why you're not seeing all the links you might expect, and why you're seeing some older links that you're not seeing in your main Campaign Site Crawl.
Open Site Explorer and the Link Analysis page of Moz Pro Campaigns are both tied to our Mozscape index, which tends to update roughly once a month.
Just a few points on how we compile our index:
We grab the most recent index.
We take the top 10 billion URLs with the highest MozRank (with a fixed limit on some of the larger domains).
We start crawling from the top down until we've crawled ~130 billion URLs
The idea here is that we're focusing on the highest-quality links we can find, coming from the most prominent pages of authoritative sites. So, while you may not see every link for a site within our index, we're aiming to report the most valuable ones available!
Most new sites and links will be indexed by our spiders and available in Mozscape and Open Site Explorer within 60 days, but some take even longer for many reasons, including the crawl-ability of sites, the number of inbound links to them, and the depth of pages in subdirectories. This tends to bias our index in favor of newer links. Linking data is only stored in the index for about 180 days, so unless the crawler has a compelling reason to return to your site and the sites linking to yours and rediscover those links, they can fall back out of our index again. That doesn't mean they're not out there affecting your SEO, just that our tools don't see them anymore.
You can see our most recently updated schedule here as well as some more technical metrics on our Mozscape API Updates page. You can also see when the last and next updates happened on the Open Site Explorer (OSE) homepage at any time.
Since Moz focuses on quality of links over quantity, we are always focused on the most relevant links to display to our users. It's possible that Moz's index will leave out some of the lower-quality (non-link juice providing) links out of our index because of this. So, that might explain why you may see some discrepancies with what other tools may be showing.

Typically requiring a password to access certain pages on the site will prevent our crawler from reaching them, but if those pages are linked to somewhere else on your site, it's possible for our crawler to still find those pages.

Unfortunately, it's a bit more complicated than just adding in a new location to our database.
The locales are tracked as a defined region with borders established by Google. It's hard to say exactly how Google is defining these areas, but it is likely related to ZIP codes and IP addresses.
I found this article while I was researching — it doesn't have exact answers to this question either, but had some valuable insight into Google's local search results: http://searchengineland.com/everything-need-know-pigeon-algorithm-211771. Section 7 of this resource would be the most relevant to how those locations are defined.
The locales we include in Moz Pro are specific to the Google search engine only, and our list is based on a finite postal code database, so you may not see every locale you would like to track in the list. It is helpful to be very specific when entering the locale, and it can help to include a specific neighborhood, state, or county name when entering the locale (e.g.: Melbourne, Victoria vs. Melbourne, Australia).
That means you might see more specific areas than the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, but probably won't see locales as broad as an entire county.

Plans to upgrade the Crawl Test aren't on the road map as far as I know — our engineering resources are devoted to other areas of the tools at the moment, and the Crawl Test is pretty low priority compared to some of the sweet new things the engineers are working on at the moment. I'm afraid I don't know when or if the Crawl Test will be updated to handle SNI settings. Sorry I can't give you a solid timeframe!
I just found the ticket where we were working together on this, so no need to write in again. I'll just respond to you there.

The timeframe in Open Site Explorer is a bit tricky to pin down, as it takes us about a month to gather and collect index data. You can see what date our most recent index update was on the main page of Open Site Explorer, below the search bar. The index spans roughly 180 days of data.

I'm not seeing that URL coming up with Duplicate Title or Duplicate Content issues — when I search by that URL I see no Content issues at that URL. I do see that URL in the All Crawled Pages section, but I can't find it bringing up Content issues in the app.
That said, I took a look at your robots.txt file, and I think this could be a result of having an Allow command before the rest of the Disallow commands. I think possibly if you put that Allow command at the end of the block of Disallow commands, rogerbot would see the disallow for /page/ and stop crawling those URLs.
If you're still running into trouble, I would suggest writing in to us at help@moz.com so we can take a closer look at the Campaign and what could be going on there.
It's not that the data is false, just that it's outdated. The last time our crawler crawled your site it found those callto links were returning a 404, but if they're no longer doing so, you don't need to worry about them. That's why I suggested a robots.txt disallow for those pages — if you know those pages are fine and you're not worried about them, you can just tell our tools to skip crawling those pages entirely so we don't report those issues anymore.
The rest of the data in the report should be as accurate as possible, given that the freshest data in our index is about 60 days old or more.

I think the easiest way to resolve issues from those Call links would be to block our user-agent, dotbot (or Rogerbot for Moz Pro Campaigns) from accessing those URL paths. You could set up a Disallow directive for dotbot in your robots.txt file for the site. It would look something like this:
User-agent: dotbot
Disallow: /callto
That should prevent us from crawling those telephone number pages, and we'll stop surfacing those pages as 404ing pages.

I think I can help you figure out what's going on with your robots.txt file. First things first: we're not starting at the robots.txt URL you list. Our crawler always starts from your Campaign URL and goes from there, and it can't start at an HTTPS URL, so it starts at the HTTP version and crawls from there. So, the robots.txt file we're having trouble accessing is khadination.shop/robots.txt.
I ran a couple of tests, and it looks like this robots.txt file might be inaccessible from AWS (Amazon Web Services). When I tried to curl your robots.txt file from AWS I got a 302 temporary redirect error (https://www.screencast.com/t/jy4MkDZQNbQ), and when I ran it through hurl.it, which also runs on AWS, it returned an internal server error (https://www.screencast.com/t/mawknIyaMn).
One more thing — it looks like you have a wildcard character ( * ) for the user-agent as the first line in this robots.txt file. Best practices indicate that you should put all your specific user-agent disallow commands before a wildcard user-agent; otherwise those specific crawlers will stop reading your robots.txt file after the wildcard user-agent line, since they'll assume that those rules apply to them.
I think if you fix up those things, we should be able to access your robots.txt and crawl your site!

Adding a disallow directive for /tag/ won't help with the example URL you've provided — that URL doesn't have /tag/ in the URL pathway. To block us from seeing content like that URL you listed, you'd need a disallow directive for /place_tag/.
If you include that disallow directive, that should stop us from seeing duplicate content on pages with /place_tag/ in the URL.

The reason you're getting those 804 errors is just like Joe Stoffel has suggested — SNI settings and our old crawler's inability to handle SNI compatibility settings. The new crawler, which populates data for the Site Crawl section of a Moz Pro campaign, doesn't have this issue — we've developed a solution for it and the issue is solved for campaign crawls. It's just out Crawl Test tool that still uses our old crawler and can still run into those errors.
Unfortunately, there's not much of a workaround I can offer for this one; the Crawl Test will continue to have those 804 errors and not be able to crawl any further into your site. I would recommend setting up a Moz Pro campaign for any sites you need to see Site Crawl data for.

Unfortunately, there's no way to change the URL a campaign is tracking once the campaign is started. If you need to track a new domain, you'll need to archive or delete a campaign to make room for the new one.

We do hear reports on this from time to time from our users.
One of the things we've discovered is that most of our users experiencing these issues have blocked all third party cookies in Chrome. Once we had them add an exception for moz.com that seemed to solve the remaining issues they were seeing.
That being said, would it be possible for you to check to see if this is the case for your version of Chrome? To do so, you'd just visit chrome://settings/content in your browser's bar, and then under the "Cookies" section - do you have the box next to "Block third-party cookies and site data"?
Here's an example.
If that box is checked, you can either un-check it and then click "done", or you will need to add an exception for moz.com by clicking the "Manage Exceptions" button just below it. The exception will need to specifically be formatted like this: [*.]moz.com.

Once you've done that, please close the MozBar out completely, and then your browser out completely and then re-launch them and let us know if you're still having issues?

It looks like your site's robots.txt file is returning some errors to our tools. That robots.txt file doesn't redirect anywhere, so you may want to consider putting in a redirect there to your robots.txt file at http://www.dateideas.net/robots.txt.
The reason you're seeing 0 issues reported is that we weren't able to reach your robots.txt file, so we stopped crawling and didn't have any issues to report.
I would speak to your web developer or whoever manages your site for you about making sure that your robots.txt file is fully accessible to our crawlers and can be reached in a browser.

I'm not 100% sure on this — I'm not an SEO, just a helpster — but I think 301 redirects are probably your best bet for passing on link juice. According to our resource on redirection, which you can find here: https://moz.com/learn/seo/redirection
301 Permanent Redirects pass on between 90% and 99% of their link equity (ranking power), so that's probably the kind of redirect you should use if you're hoping to pass link juice from one page to another.
