How long does it take to get results from the Term Extractor Tool?

Hi! I entered a web page into the Term Extractor Tool, and it's been running for about 3 minutes now. How long does it usually take?

It still didn't work for me. There must be something on my computer blocking it. Guess I'll just skip that tool for now.

can you disclose the URL otherwise maybe try some other URLs and see if it continues to happen....
just tried a couple of different URLs and it was taking forever so I closed the window and fired it up again and it worked OK...

Hmmm.. don't know what I'm doing wrong then. I'm using the most up-to-date Firefox browser and entered the URL correctly.

No usually that long. Only ever 30-60 seconds at most.

Branded terms CTR drop
Moz Hivemind, I'm working with an ecom beauty brand and retailer who re-platformed their website at the end of August last year. Their CTR dropped from 70% plus for branded terms to 50% over night and has steadily declined ever since, down to the low 30s as an average the last few months. Their rankings for branded terms have remained in the number 1 position, despite a slight blip at launch, which is to be expected. They admit that some new distribution deals with major retailers have added some competition to the mix, but much later in the year. I could totally understand a rankings drop and an initial hit, but has anyone seen anything like this before, is there something on the new site that could impact CTR like this, either in the SERPs or perhaps a reporting issue? As the click itself is taking place in the SERP and their rankings are solid, other than the meta description, which they swear was unchanged the first few months after launch, any ideas what could be happening here? Can not divide in different properties a domain in Search Console (Webmaster Tools)
Dear Moz Community, I hope you can give me a hand with the following questions. Im in charge of SEO of an ecommerce site in LATAM. It´s service is available in several countries, therefore each country has it subdirectory Eg. /ar /pe /co /bo /cl /br,etc... (in the future we will move to differente ccTLDs). I have been recomended to split or create different Search Console or Webmaster Tools properties (one for each subdirectory) but when Im creating a new property with a subdirectory, lets say www.domain.com/ar, Webmaster tools starts creating a property for www.domain.com/ar/ (NOTICE THE LAST SLASH) and it returns since that page doesn´t exist, what do you recomend me to do? Hey, I'm trying to find a way of getting data from Googles Webmaster Tools and recording it in either a database or spread sheet. Is there any software out there that I can use to do this or would i have to look at developing it my self? Thanks, Luke.

Have You Ever Gotten False or Odd Notifications from Google Webmaster Tools?
I just got an email for one of my client websites from Google Webmaster Tools letting me know that the Google Bot could not access the website? The notification indicated that there may be a robots.txt issue that prevented crawling, but that they would try something to crawl it again. In this situation, we had just created a new Webmaster Tools account for the client, and there were (are) two GWT accounts now for the website, one that is incorrectly set to http://clientwebsite.com and the other that is set to www.clientwebsite.com. One of them reports zero errors, and the other reports an odd crawl error. Anyone encountered this type of thing before?

How to get metrics on Home page image link to youtube video in lightbox
My home page has a explainer video. Is there a way to get metrics or analytics data about who watch or don't watch the video? http://www.furnacefilterscanada.com For example, if I have 100 unique visitors on this page and my video get 33 views, 33% saw the video! I think the data provide by youtube are not accurate, my site has a avarage of 40 visitors/day and my video was saw 84 times sinces it is online, 14 days ago. On that 84 clicks, I most have click 30 times!!! When you lend on my home page, you can't miss it! http://screencast.com/t/ZbIWYl0W I don't believe only a few visitors saw it. Conversation rate has increase. I use Google Analytics, is there a code or something that can be done to get metrics or data more accurate then the .Ananalytics" provide in my youtube control panel? Setting up Webmaster Tools correctly - naked domain DNS error and sub-domains question
I'm trying to get our domain (verdantly.com) set up correctly in Google Webmaster Tools. Currently, I have three "sites" setup: blog.verdantly.com (wordpress.com blog redirected to this subdomain) www.verdantly.com verdantly.com The subdomain blog and www show up without errors. However, the naked domain shows a DNS error. I've checked the DNS settings at the registrar and don't see any issues. So here are my questions: 1. Am I correct in setting up the naked domain AND the subdomains separately in Webmaster tools? 2. How do I track down / resolve the source of the DNS errors at the naked domain? Thanks!
