How do I get this program to see url with www. and with out www the same

The program is showing pages with www. as a differant page from a page with out the www. first, this is showing up as duplicate pages when they are the same page, how do I filter this?

You don't want to filter it! Instead you want to work out why it's doing that, and then fix it. This is going to be done by adding a rel="canonical" link for starters, and then also 301 redirecting the non-WWW to the WWW or vice versa.
You do NOT want Google to see duplicate content, you want all roads to lead to the one.
Therefore look into htaccess 301 redirection (for Apache) or similar.
SEOMoz has a bunch of info about duplication and redirection:
The latter is extremely extremely important for SEO. Duplicate content is bad, and at the moment all of your content has the potential for duplication so you want to ensure that there's only one version of everything.

Is there a tool that I can use to scrape and see metatags?
Looking for a tool that allows me to scrape the websites off a page listing of Google and output a spreadsheet with the websites and their related meta-tag details (mainly title tag). Is there a tool out there that can conveniently allow me to do this?

Keyword in URL: Ranking Factor?
I've got a site about a specific topic, which we'll call "themes" for the sake of this discussion. I personally like to keep the url structure short and clean (for usability purposes, but mainly because I'm a perfectionist and a minimalist). I feel that adding "themes" to the url structure is a bit redundant. However, nearly every keyword phrase that my site should rank for includes the word "themes." So I'm wondering how much I'm handicapping myself by not including the keyword "themes" in the url? The domain name itself sort of includes the keyword . . . although it's in Italian (I chose the domain for it's brand-ability, not for the keyword). A quick example: My Url Structure: www.themo.com/topic/abc My Competitor's Url Structure: www.sitesample.com/themes/topic/abc For many of the keywords, the competitors with the keyword in the url rank highest. But, I'm not sure how much emphasis to place on this, because from my understanding Google doesn't pay as much attention to url keywords anymore . . . and those sites might just be ranking high because they've been around for so long (which also happens to be the reason why they coincidentally also include the keyword in the url, because they started the site when that was a high ranking factor). Thoughts? Should I just trash my perfectionism and add the keyword to the url structure? (By the way, the site is only a couple months old and doesn't have any significant backlinks to inner pages yet, so changing the url structure wouldn't be a big deal if I decided to do that).

Submitting URLs to Bing and Google
Does Submitting URLs to Bing and Google actually do anything? Is it worthwhile? What I mean is submitting intermittently individual URLS after already submitting the sitemap.

Pages i dont want customers to see
Hi, I have a website and part of it is the admin page/s that my customers can log in and modify their pages( change pictures, change text, etc...) When i run SEO tools to check my site i get errors or warnings about these pages ( duplicate content, meta description missing, etc...) 1. Is this affects my SEO rank? 2. can i mark them as pages that don't need to be ranked or checked by Google? 3. Is Rel no follow is part of the solution? Thank you i.

How do I PERMANENTLY change an incorrect URL link with one of my keywords?
Hello, I received an “F” grade on my on-page report for one of my keywords. I noticed that the URL linked with that keyword was wrong. After changing it to the correct URL, I received an “A.” However, the change was not permanent. How do I permanently change the URL? I don’t see any “Save Changes” or “Apply Changes” button anywhere. Thank you!
