How long does opensiteexplorer take to generate exportable reports

I tried exporting a few reports out of opensiteexplorer. They have been pending for more than 36 hours. Progress bar appears to be stuck. Is this normal? How long does it take to get the reports generated?

We do have the same problem right now. We have about 100 reports pending at the moment. Which is a big problem because we need to work with the data urgently

It's not supposed to be nearly that long. We've had a couple of glitches with it recently. Your best bet is to email help@seomoz.org, which opens a ticket with the help desk and they can get things fixed for you. I'm so sorry you've had a problem.

50,000 4xx errors listed in MOZ report :(
HI, I've just had a look at a customers MOZ report and discovered nearly 50,000 errors listed!! The site is a non dynamic, non database driven site so where these have come from is beyond me. Example - (Both links open in a new window)

It's the file system that seems to be the problem - .........../licenses/licenses/........... and this gets added onto (............./licenses/licenses/licenses/licenses/.............. , up to the 50,000 page errors LOL The problem is self replicating. It's very odd and not something I've ever seen before, NON of these 'extra' pages are listed on the server, so where are they coming from? Any suggestions or help would be gratefully appreciated1 -
Lag time between MOZ crawl and report notification?
I did a lot of work to one of my sites last week and eagerly awaited this week's MOZ report to confirm that I had achieved what I was trying to do, but alas I still see the same errors and warnings in the latest report. This was supposedly generated five days AFTER I made the changes, so why are they not apparent in the new report? I am mainly referring to missing metadata, long page titles, duplicate content and duplicate title errors (due to crawl and URL issues). Why would the new crawl not have picked up that these have been corrected? Does it rely on some other crawl having updated (e.g. Google or Bing)?

Crawl Test taking 10+ days and still "In Progress" - normal or glitch?
I started a crawl test for my large site - WallStreetOasis.com - on June 20 and still have not received my results. It still says "Crawl in Progress" 10 days later. Does this seem odd or problematic, or is this normal?

What Does the SEO Moz Crawler Take Into account?
I'm working on a page that has links from some decent pages pointing to it, but a lot of them are low-value blog comments. So I'm pretty sure that its Page Authority is higher than it should be, compared to where it's ranking. Does SEO moz take the type of link into account? i.e. if it's a footer link, blog comment, or forum signature link; this should carry less weight than a link in the content of the page itself, as it does with Google.

Crawl reports, date/time error found
Hello! I need to filter out the crawl errors found before a certain date/time. I find the date and time the errors were discovered to be the same. It looks more like the time the report was generated. Fix?

Silly question time..... Can Open Site Explorer work on twitter profile pages? Or is the fact twitter is on https still an issue for crawling open site explorer? Cheers in advance

SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues
This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly. Is there a problem with Weekly Ranking report this week?
I just received my weekly ranking report. 2 Up, 0 down, 8 the same this week. However, last week my page was #2 for "innovation conference" and this week you report "not in top 50." My first thought was penalty, but when I searched and removed personalization, we were still #2 for that search query. So, something must be wrong with the report - either we're 1 down or "not in the top 50 is wrong."
