Google Analytics

Hi
I added one google analytics account with a third party business as an admin, and I accidentally shared all the accounts of my clients. So this business have access to all my google analytics account.
How do I remove them as an admin of all the GA accounts except the one they need? A step by step process is welcomed
Thank you,
-
You're going to want to remove them as an administrator in your account, then grant them "user" status for the profile of which you'd like to offer them access. The first step will remove access to all profiles. As Keri said, it's all or nothing. The "user" admin status grants access to one particular profile, though there are some limitations (can't edit goals and filters).

and Please let me know if there is a way to edit this in the case you guys find a solution to it.
Thanks again
-
I guess I have no choice then to leave it that way.
Thank you for response.

I'm verifying with another associate right now, but I believe it's an all-or-nothing. Admins can see all of the accounts in a profile, which is one of the reasons why it's good to set up a separate profile for each client.
Chris, MCC is an Adwords tool, not Analytics.
-
Are you running them as campaigns rather than as individual accounts under your MCC?
-
How do you add them under the specific client account since all my accounts are under an umbrella so when I add a selected one, all of them are added?
Can you provide a step by step guide?
Thank you
-
Remove them as an admin from your MCC account. Add them in under the specific client account you want them to have access to.

Search and Replace filter on Google Analytics?
Hello! On our GA account for one of our clients, we'd like to add a search and replace filter to the Views section of the account. The URL is www.askergoworks.com (it redirects to askergoworks.com), and Google has flagged us to have redundant hostnames. This is why we'd like to add the filter. Would the regular expression be askergoworks.com|www.askergoworks.com   ? Any help would be great - I'm not a regex expert, so I really don't how to go about this. Thanks!

How does Google Maps/G+ traffic show up in Analytics?
Hi Moz Community, I've been trying to figure out how traffic from Google Maps (and G+) shows up in Google Analytics and am struggling to find a good answer online. If someone finds a business through Google Maps and then clicks on the website in the Maps listing, does that show up as a referral from Google Maps? Our site shows virtually zero traffic from Google Maps even though we have a number of listing. Two related questions: if someone clicks through to a G+ page from a Maps result and then visits our website from the G+ page, does that show up in Analytics as a referral from G+? Is traffic from Google Maps or G+ ALSO counted as organic traffic? (Would it be possible to accidentally double-count a visit as both organic and a referral from Maps/G+? Thanks everybody!

Referral Traffic vs. Campaign Traffic in Google Analytics
I have two sites: a blog and an ecommerce site. The blog funnels people to the ecommerce site. In Analytics I'm seeing declines in referral traffic from the blog to the ecommerce site. During the same time I'm seeing an increase in campaign traffic to the ecommerce site, with most campaign traffic coming from the blog. I believe the increase in campaign traffic is largely a result of simply having installed more tracking links. This leads me to believe that the declines I'm seeing in referral traffic is simply a result of the increase in campaign traffic. In other words, what was once counted and reported as being referral traffic is now being counted and reported as campaign traffic. So my question is this: In Google Analytics is campaign traffic ALSO reported as referral traffic, or is campaign traffic reported separately and not duplicated in referral traffic reports? I'll provide a concrete example to make this more clear in case it isn't: Say site X sends 1000 visits each month to site Y. Say 50 of those visits come from a single link on X. If that link is changed so that campaign Z data info added (via the Google URL Builder), would you expect to then see 950 referral visits each month from site X to site Y plus 50 campaign visits to site Y via new campaign Z, or would you continue to see 1000 referral visits plus the new 50 campaign visits? Many thanks in advance to anyone that can shed some light on this.

Google Making all searches secure - "Not provided" data to increase in Analytics
A lot of you might already be aware of the recent Google change at encrypting all search activity except for clicks on ads. Rand did a whiteboard session on this recently. How is everyone planning to adjust their research data to accommodate for this change?

When javascript is disabled, does a visit register goal completion in Google Analytics?
I'm looking for reasons why Google Analytics goal completions would appear to be fewer than the actual known number of online sales for a company, and I'm wondering if disabled javascript is likely to be the primary cause of a discrepancy. Â Thanks for any insight you have.

What is the best way to track mobile sites in Google Analytics?
Hello! I am wondering what the pros and cons of using the regular Google Analytics tracking code on a mobile site versus the tracking documentation from Google specifically on it found at http://code.google.com/mobile/analytics/docs/web/ which is still in labs mode.  Does the mobile specific tracking have the same features as the regular one to be able to track events and report the same statistics?  Thanks for the help on this one!
