How can I use my unique content to my advantage?

Hi,
I run http://ablemagazine.co.uk - we also put out a print magazine every 2 months (the biggest disability magazine in Britain)
This means we have loads of unique content (around 30 feature stories and 30 news stories every 2 months)
Just wondering how I can use this to my advantage? I've been social bookmarking the feature stories (reddit, etc) and a link to all my unique stuff on facebook/twitter. Just wondering if there's anything else I should be doing?

Maybe it's time for some old fashioned shmoozing? Make some contacts with people that might blog about your articles, or refer to them, or simply tweet about them?
The ablemag twitter account is very dry, so maybe inject some personality into it and build some helpful relationships?
I also think it might be interesting to widen your net somewhat, so your target market is people seeking disability news, that's fine, but there are other people who may well blog about some of the things you write even if they aren't your demographic.
It's an odd subject but people interested in body modification or transhumanism may well be interested in some of the things you write. Both of the following articles would serve as a starting point for some linkbait for that demographic:

Wondering if anybody actually uses paper.li?
I remember when I first started to see people tweeting their paper.li content summaries on twitter. At first I was interested and would click through but I started to get blindness to the posts in my feed because it seemed like people were getting lazy with it and it was just an easy way to get a couple of retweets or likes. I recently had this proposed to me as an option to share content but was wondering if anybody was effectively using it and having success with it? Does it have a strong user base? How important is exact keyword match in content for SEO in 2018?
Is it necessary to have the exact keyword which you are trying to rank for within the first sentence of the content on your web page? For example if we are selling men's shoes, is it ok to have have the meta title and h1 on page say men's shoes and just talk about shoes within the first sentence of the content on the page. Is it obvious to search engines that this page is selling men's shoes even if you don't have the word men's shoes in that first sentence or is it necessary to have the exact keywords which you are trying to rank for written there?

Content - Similar but not exactly the same content - Duplicate or Spammy?
Hey, so I have been wondering for some time now as some pages will get indexed and others won't appear at all. That makes me think that I am either creating to similar content or it is becoming too spammy. Take these two pages I created for example. The body content is very similar but h tags, meta tags and title are different. So my questions is; would pages not be displaying due possibly being too similar and spammy or duplicate? Duplicate Content In Webmaster Tools
In wordpress on some of our blogs when we have gone to publish them wordpress has shortened the url. In Google webmaster tools the orignal url is coming up as a 404 error. This url is not indexed in Google. Is this something to worry about and can this be avoided? Thank you in advance.

Content Marketing Strategy for a Solar Panel Shop
Hi everybody Everybody's talking about content marketing strategies these days and the videos from MozCon has definitely been a great inspiration for me. I have a customer who sells solar panels (wiki) here in Denmark and they are more or less hooked on the idea of investing long term. And this is where I wanna ask you guys for ideas to this strategy. RSS feeds with dup content and titles
Hi, For my Buddypress site I use a tool to create sites with RSS feeds. Each site is for a different feed, but the number of dup tiles and content is running in the thousands. I've been trying to reduce the dups, but have begun to think there is more trouble from such content than benefit. Should I dump the content or ignore the errors flagged by SEOMOZ? Any ideas if thes RSS feed dups are hurting my BuddyPress site? Any suggestions in general about how to eliminate such dupe for a Buddypress Site, eg. the activity log. Larry

What Website Visual Structure Software Do You Use?
I need to continually create website trees for our group of websites. I was wondering what software you guys use to create site structure/trees? I've used Powerpoint, Giffy and other diagram software but ideally I want to find something that crawls my site and spits out a diagram and also gives me the option to add none existing trees so I can show new purposed sections.
