I've tried everything, and my blog still falling
-
Hello everyone!
I'm almost desperate, and trying to find a solution to one of my blogs. Below is it URL:
It has more than 3 years, and even so I get just around 700-1000 visitors a day. I have already applied several SEO techniques, tried several SEO plugins, tried to work with keywords, etc, but nothing changes.
I see several other sites and blogs of the same niche (games), with much less content (I have more than 3800 articles, in 3 years), practicing plagiarism, stealing content, etc, and with much more visitors and revenue.
I have never done nothing wrong. Never stole content. I always worked honestly, and always tried to write articles with "something more". I really don't know what happens with XboxPlus.net .
And, how can, for example, Seomoz helps me, here?
I would be very grateful for any help.

There are some good points in the other answers, but honestly do the course.
With all due respect a lot of what the other answers are covering is minor detail compared to the big picture stuff that you are missing. You need to understand that stuff if you want your site to do better. Simply following check lists of technical issues will not get you the big jumps you probably want.
The course will take you through the process. It will help you understand how to identify the keywords that are going to bring you traffic, how to target those keywords effectively, how to spot the sort of issues that others are pointing out and how to build the authority you need to rank for those terms.
I'm not knocking the points others have made. They're all good. However you really need to understand the basics properly and then come back and work through those sorts of points.
The good news is though that if you are getting those traffic numbers from the site in it's current state it has potential. It should be well worth getting this stuff right.

Here are few things that you need to implement –
_Disallow the category pages
Implement Authorship markupAre you doing Link Exchange ?? –
http://www.xboxplus.net/parceiros/And one thing that I must say is that the design of your website is not that impressive. It makes it look like another run off the mill blog and I could not find a value proposition. _

1. Major drop across can be found on those pages
A. where additional content been added B. Low CTR can be a factor C. Excessive/duplicate Tags in Blog Post D. Not modified since long (Drop can be observed in categories-subcategories across all sections which we have not updated since long)
E. Keyword Stuffing -Actions Immediate - 1. Are you using some plugin for link automation? Check if any link through H2/H1 Tag if found disable same link through SMART SEO Plugin of Blog 2. Check all bold/Italicization of keywords. 3.ReWrite URL and 301 For non performing Long URLs? 4. Rewrite all dropped article with greate information spiced with images, graphics, PPT etc. (Visitors engagement) To be implemented through wordpress 1.Add Sub-headers (Category >> Subcategory) For visitor to know where he/she is? 2. Font Size/ Style, shot codes, rich User interface
3. Add elements like Images/ Videos for better use experience and interactivity 4. Implement Canonical tags. Around rss (link:http://www.yoursitename.com/blog/ ) 5. Give special attention to typography, show only 4-5 articles on Home page. Not more than that.6. Use Woothemes for better UI. -
I've only looked briefly and did that through Google translate. However in SEO terms I think that there is a lot of room to improve things.
You might also want to try some different ad positions with your adsense. I suspect that could help with revenue.

Hi Matt,
Thank you. I'll take a look on the "Beginner's Guide". But, after read your post, I am wondering about one of your phrases:
Looking at that site I would say that you are doing pretty well if you are getting 700-1000 visitors per day. I would have expected that number to be lower.
Do not get me wrong, but, means this that the site is bad, poor, or something similar?
Thank you!

Looking at that site I would say that you are doing pretty well if you are getting 700-1000 visitors per day. I would have expected that number to be lower.
You have some real basics missing. Quite a lot of them as well. Rather than rattle off a load of stuff out of context I would say that you need to really understand what SEO entails. One good way of doing that is to work through the whole beginners guide to SEO here on seomoz
That will give you a much better understanding of how search engines can send you more traffic and how you can ensure that your website makes the most of that.
At the end of it I would bet that you would be looking at:
- Starting again with your keyword research
- Restructuring your site to make the most of your keyword research
- Changes to your on page structure
- Ways to get more links
Sorry to just give you a link, but I think that is the best place for you to go next.

I'm newly hired to start the SEO department at a company with 50+ websites, 30+ brands... Need help organizing this.
I was recently hired at a company with 30 brands, and many information portal sites. I'm having trouble figuring out how to squeeze 50+ sites into the 5 site limit of our Moz plan, and how to aggragate/organize all the sites into a system for the CEO. Imagine you wake up one day, and you now have 50 clients, all with heavy demands... And they all have the same CEO, who doesn't understand SEO, and expects you to explain everything to him in basic terms. The CEO wants more micromanagement, more analysis, more organization... Not quite sure how to go about it. I have woorank for some good data to act on. I setup a whole slew of google docs to track my workers and their SEO off-site tasks. I have buzzbundle and have setup nearly 100 accounts with my Social Media employee... It seems the CEO always feels that I'm not organized enough, not on top of enough etc... But its a massive job, and I was hired to literally start the entire department myself! They may be hiring an 'assistant' for me... But I'm worried the CEO feels that I'm just not on the ball enough... And with Moz, having only 5 'campaigns'/websites I can have going at a time... I'm short by at least 45 'campaigns'. Order another 10 Moz accounts?? There must be some solutions.. Thanks guys

Why does page report still have "Too Many Links" alert?
I'm a new Moz Pro user and see that the on-page optimization report includes "too many links" on page and references the "100 links" guideline that Google no longer endorses: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=l6g5hoBYlf0 Too many links is still an issue in terms of passing link juice, but not much else. Matt Cutts has stated that it is fine to have many internal links in this regard. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Redirected pages still sending response code 200
SEO Moz tool reports missing title tags on all the links that have been redirected. E.g. this page: http://www.imoney.my/ms/personal-loan When I check the response code on the page with redirect checker it shows code 200 (page exists). Has it happened to anyone else? How can a redirected page send a 200 code?

Duplicate Content in Blog
Hi, SEOMoz on-page analysis is reporting that our blog has duplicate content when technically it doesn't. Is this something that we need to address as it will actually be hurting our ranking or is this just a SEOMoz software quirk? There is 100+ example like this but here is one example. SEOMoz is reporting http://www.invoicestudio.com/Blog/author/InvoiceStudio?page=1 and http://www.invoicestudio.com/Blog/author/InvoiceStudio?page=2 as a duplicate content and Title Tag. Thanks Andrew

Massive Rank Changes in Bing/Yahoo Only - What's up w/ Rank Tracker?
I'll be honest, it's pretty shameful how little attention I give Bing and Yahoo. But something recently caught my eye - I have a client who according to rank tracker is all over the place in yahoo/bing...up 20 positions for some kw's, down 12 for others...meanwhile Google's holding steady, and Google data seems mostly accurate - with one exception of showing 46th position for an exact match branded search that they're #1 for. I know Rank Tracker has been going through some fine tuning, right? I don't manually check Yahoo/Bing - I can't imagine those #'s are accurate though. Am I right to assume it's incorrect data? Just curious, any insight would be much appreciated. Thanks

Open Site Explorer Missing URL's
I see a link to my site on a couple different url's, but they are not listed in OSE. The links have been active for a long time too. Does OSE not track all inbound links from all sites? Thanks, Stephen
