Long tail traffic - what is the best way to go back and add focus to repetitive long tail keywords?

Hey everybody,
So, our niche doesn't have a million and a half searches per month, which makes a handle full of visitors look mighty enticing to a CMO
Our price point is very high too, so to the question, is it worth taking the time to put a whole new content strategy in line for a few new visitors, the answer is yes.
Now's the hard part.
How on earth do I make 1,000 pages for similar topics?
Is making new pages the best way to go about this? (probably so right? It's the only thing that I can see that would certainly increase likelihood of being more relevant, plus if I don't I will be missing out on the benefits of beefing up our site, AND the opportunity to more specifically answer a users query.)
With phrases like "keyword" and "aftermarket keyword," the searcher is asking for two totally separate collections of results.
I'm always reading about the importance of being there throughout the buyers complete purchasing /research process, which makes me think that considering doing anything other than creating unique pages is simply missing out..
Suggestions?

Yes content is important but having 300 pages will spread you link juice and authority across your site. So if your home page has a strong authority but your site has 300 pages you might not rank for your main terms. The less page's your site has the more link juice each page has.
Solution: build 10 pages targeting the best keywords you can find and create 990 blog posts on your site linking to these 10 pages giving these pages authority and relevancy.

Well, I think that the pages are a necessary part of the content strategy really.
It's almost more of a question of how to go about doing it.
Also, what if I just work towards blogging a few times a day about the 1,000 keywords?

I would not recommend building 1000 pages to your site just to have massive amounts of content. However, as you described "the opportunity to more specifically answer a users query." is the goal.
Instead of focusing on building 1000 pages focus on what your users are looking for and the best time/way to deliver that message. Weather its social media, guest blogging, attending an event and doing a massive PR, experimenting and optimizing will drive results.
Ideally you want to create a page targeting 1, 2 keywords max, and build links to these pages via an internal blog (If you do not have a blog on your site, add one). A user will most likely scan a page in 5 seconds and if they dont find what they are looking for they will look for another result, so make sure the content you are creating is relevant to the searchers keyword phrase typed. You can discover how your users found your site in Google Analytics and tweak the page to serve the user efficiently.

Keyword Stuffing - Image Alt
One of our category pages is keyword stuffed. But we are not able to change the image alt text. It is automatically generated as the title of each product. We would be able to get the keywords down if that was not the case, but now there is 30 alt image keywords along with 25 other elements of the keyword. I can only change 2 image alt texts. What can I do here?

Keyword stuffing when brand includes keyword
Hi If you have managed to combine brand name with primary target keyword do you still need pay attention to on page keyword stuffing ? since one would expect plenty of brand references in the body copy ? Or is it still best to reduce instances of the keyword aspect ? For example if site is called 'Franks Service Centres' and you have lots/too many instances of 'service centres' in the body copy a/c to MA on-page grader, should you reduce some instances of the kw ? Should you use Plural version of a keyword or singular
H If kw research shows that singular version of a keyword has higher search volume than plural version should you still use plural version in main on-page areas to try and catch both instances or focus on the singular ? cheers dan

KeyWord Density?
What is an acceptable density for a keyword? It's wise to push it as close to spam without sacrificing user experience, correct? I read an article on SeoMoz (outdated I think) that mentioned 6%. If it's a keyword phrase, do you have to make sure you don't go over the density level of a particular word in the phrase. If it's a three word phrase, do you have to not use any one word more than X% or just monitor the exact keyword.

On-page keyword usage
SEOMOZ gave me all zeros for keyword usage. Why? The site is www.grass2greens.com and the keywords are "Asheville Landscaping Edible." The site includes these words in the title page and throughout the body text. I am not really sure, but maybe one cause for these low keyword usage ratings might be redirects or some meta tag issues, but I am really not sure. Any ideas?

Long meta description
Hello, I apologize in advance because the question must have already been posted, but 90% of my searches in "Search for a Question" drive me to a "no questions found" (i would be nice to improve this aspect of the Pro Q&A Forum 😉 So, a friend of mine asked to me what he should put for the meta description of automatically generated pages for his project. He has no tool to set a customized meta description for every page (and does not want to find one !) but he asked me the following : what is the less worse between : put the first words of the content (150 characters) put nothing and let google find what will be the better parts of the content for the user request put the whole content (600 characters) in order to avoid having just the begining of the content, which is not always useful in that case Did anyone try these options, what would be the less unproductive ? What is the best way to handle e-commerce Product title names?
Hello, I'm having a little bit of a conundrum, and I'm hoping someone will be able to help! We have an ecommerce site, and were trying to figure out what is the most SEO friendly way to handle product titles. With our ecommerce software, it currently sets the Product title as the H1 tag (which could be changed if needed). In addition, the product title is what is used as anchor text for any built in links that the ecommerce software builds from the category pages, etc (just like any other ecommerce site). Here's where I'm stuck. I'm trying to determine if it makes sense to use the specific keyword we are aiming for as the product title, or to put variations of the title that would be more descriptive. Here is an example: We have a Wizard of Oz Dorothy Deluxe Girls Shoes. According to all accounts, the best keyword to attack for this would be "dorothy shoes". However, it loses the more accurate description of "Wizard of Oz Dorothy Deluxe Girl Shoes". But, my thinking is that the H1 tag and anchor text would make more sense to use the term "Dorothy Shoes". The title tag could go something like this: "Wizard of Oz Dorothy Deluxe Girls Shoes | Dorothy Shoes" In a situation like this, what do you think would be the "best" way to handle the title tag, product name, H1 tag, and anchor text? I'm sure there will be many different opinions, so I would like to hear what you think is best - and why.
