Hi Sarah, do you see the orange red and blue errors, noted warnings and I think it's information? I know you can click on those it seems like you have quite a few notifications and to be completely honest with you I know that the best way Of looking at all your data if it is on the spreadsheet will be using Excel or using numbers if you use a Mac does so work very well for me I would imagine you can download it as an XML or CVS file I would try your luck with each I assume you are definitely in the campaign part of SEOmoz tools correct if so I would strongly suggest using the link ideas in the first reply about the crawl and having a seomoz do a Full crawl I monophone right now so I cannot see the answer is before but I know it is SEOmoz full call or crawl website that way your entire website that will give you a clear concise spreadsheet that you'll be able to read. I hope I have been of help to you sincerely, Thomas

Hi,
If you click on Notices, it will give take me to All 10,018 of them.
You cannot click on the "Change" 255 Number next to the main notices to only see the ones that occured in the past week ?.

what you have to do is when you see the warning or notice simply click on the icon showing you the number of warnings or notices. It will bring you to the correct pages that you need to see. Then you can take it from there and even get tips from inside the system and explain exactly what needs to be done to correct the problem.
Sincerely,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Our website is 60K pages approx, I know it only crawled approx 14.5K of the site but I would have hoped that the New Notices It has found would be witihn those pages and displayed at the top as being the latest issues found ?
I just don't know how I can go about getting these urls as when I export the list , the csv file is very big and not that easy to read through.
thanks

Hi Sarah,
If your notices, warning or errors increase and you want to analyse easily the data, then maybe you should try exporting the information (this is how I do it, it makes it more clear for me).
So the steps:
1. you go to your campaign overview
2. click on the crawl diagnostics
3. click on the notice you want to analyse
4. on the page export the info to CSV and click export
5. now download and open it with a Microsoft Excel or Openoffice Calc? (I believe that is the Excel version of Openoffice)
then in excel you can sort, filter, etc. the info.
Another approach would be to download all the information from the crawl diagnostics. Then you can sort, filter, etc the data from there.
I hope this helped,
Istvan

Hi Sarah,
If you are site is over a certain number of webpages Then you might not get crawled all the way the 1st time. How many pages is your website if I may ask? I don't know the best method to look at the added pages I would do a page crawl you can find it by going to this link
http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/crawl-test
That way you will be able to see any issues with your website that could be going on it is a great tool SEOmoz gives you. I do think it only crawls 1000 pages the 1st time I could be wrong however.
I hope I've been of some help to you,
Thomas

SEOmoz Not Picking Up Links
I'm finding that SEOmoz often doesn't pick up on many of the links my client's websites are attaining. The links do appear in search engine and often have a high domain authority (often PR links, which I why I follow up to see if they've been picked up). I do tend to see many of the links appear in webmaster tools, so it's a little frustrating that they don't appear, even after months of pages being live. Thoughts?

Finding the source of duplicate content URL's
We have a website that displays a number of products. The product has variations (sizes) and unfortunately every size has its own URL (for now anyway). Needless to say, this causes duplicate content issues. (And of course, we are looking to change the URL's for our site as soon as possible) However, even though these duplicate URL's exist, you should not be able to land on them by navigating through the site. In theory, the site should always display the link to the smallest size. It seems that there is a flaw in our system somewhere, as these links are now found in our campaign here on SEOmoz. My question: is there any way to find the crawl path that lead to the URL's that shouldn't have been found, so we can locate the problem?

Will SEOMoz offer URL data relating to Bot visits
Does SEOMoz in the future plan to report on Bot visits for each URL, when they are spidered and when they appear in for example Google's index ?

Crawl diagnostic Notices for rel Canonical increased
Hello, We just signed up for SEO Moz, and are reviewing the results of our second web crawl. Our Errors and Warnings summary have been reduced, but our Notices for Rel Canonical have skyrocketed from 300 to over 5,500. We are using a WP with the Headway theme and our pages already have the rel=canonical along wiht rel=author. Any ideas why this number would go up so much in one week? Thank you, Michael

Using the 'Organic Traffic Data ' feature.
I don't have access to the clients Google Analytics Password. Can you set it up without being redirected to Google webmasters? Is there a way to insert a simple code into the website and then have SEOmoz double check the code? Thanks so much

What's the best research tool for measuring blogger outreach success?
I'm looking for the best MOZ Pro research tool to track the success of our fledgling blogger outreach/link building efforts. Should we use Open Site Explorer's "Full List of Link Metrics", or is there something better or more granular for counting and analyzing inbound blog links? Thanks!

Site is penalized yet Google WTC and SEOMOZ says it's ok!
My first question on this community.. A high traffic site of mine has been severely hit for over two months. I took a look at GWTC and noticed a lot of suggestions on the HTML suggestions tab, where I believed that one or a combination of these errors/notices might been causing the penalty. At the moment of typing GWTC shows no HTML suggestions and minor meaningless crawl errors. Checking on SEOMOZ reported issues, I see zero errors except for a high number of duplicate page titles resulting from tag pages being accessible in the same tag title in paginations (tag.html?page=x) which can be fixed easily by using rel=canonical but I just know it can't cause such penalty. For reported warnings, site has a decent amount of title element being too long and missing meta tag description tags. I have been very active in the past with 301 inner pages of the site to make pages URLs as unique as possible and results were great, but that was long time ago before taking the hit. The penalty the site suffers from is zero rankings for newly added contents and old contents as well. It has also lost all rankings for its money terms. Site is not banned and still ranking top for its name which is a good thing. I am not sure where else I should be looking and will appreciate any good advices. Thanks!
