Can't log into Firefox MozBar
-
I just downloaded and installed the MozBar for Firefox, but it will not let me login to my account. The Log In button is gray and none of the buttons do anything when I click on them. Please help!
Thank you,
Meghan -
Glad to hear everything's working for you again! Let us know if you run into any other issues.

Chiaryn,
Mike's suggestion worked. Thanks for your help!
-
Thanks, Mike! This worked! When I re-opened Firefox, I was automatically logged into the MozBar--I think because I was already logged into SEOmoz. Again, thank you!
-
Thank you Oleg, but I already tried that and it did not work.

Hi Meghan,
I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the Mozbar in Firefox. I logged into your account and was able to access the PRO features of the Mozbar in Firefox with no issues. If the solutions that Mike and Oleg suggested don't work for you, I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and giving it another try. That usually fixes the issue.
If you are still running into the issue after that, please let me know and I will look into it further.

Had this happen to me a bit ago.
In Firefox, click Help, select Restart with Add-ons Disabled..., then restart Firefox.
When you open it again it asks if you want to start in Safemode or Reset things. I chose Safemode. Then I closed Firefox.
Re-opened it and was able to sign in.
Hope this helps.
Mike

Working for me right now. Try restarting your browser, logging in via seomoz.org and trying again.

Mozbar SERP Control Panel Help: Export Results Option Not Available
Hi everyone. For some strange reason, the "Export" option is no longer appearing in my SERP Control panel when trying to export results from the SERP Overlay. It worked fine before SEOMoz changed over to Moz, but now the option is no longer available. Is there something I can do to restore this feature?

Can I prevent some pages from being crawled from SEOMoz spider and still not affect Google Spider?
Well, basically that's the question 😄 Can I prevent some pages from being crawled from SEOMoz spider and still not affect Google Spider? This is, I have more than 10.000 pages on the website, and I am not interested in having reports for many of them, but I still wanna get SEO visits on them, so I want Google to crawl it easily... Thanks!

Can I exclude a sub-domain from SEOMoz campaigns?
We have recently implemented a white label site that is on a sub-domain. The site employs noindex on most of the pages I imagine due to duplicate content concerns on other white label versions of the site. It has led to a spike of over 14 thousand notices on our report. Is there a way to exclude a sub-domain from the SEOMoz scans and reports?

Yo-Yo-ing rankings - what's going on?
I'm getting a little fed up and exasperated - if I'm honest! Our seoMoz rankings are yo-yoing on a weekly basis - extremely. One week we're in the top 3, the next week, we're not in the top 50. The week after that, we're back in the top 3. Then we're outside the top 50 again. I understand rankings go up and down sometimes - but this is every week, without fail. Not only that, but I also check my rankings with cuteRank and Firefox's Rank Checker and while those rankings are consistent with each other - seoMoz's rankings are always different and the only ones that Yoyo. Further, it's not just our rankings that Yoyo - it's those of our competitors too. They follow the same pattern except that when we go up, they go down, and vice versa, I'm just a little lost and unsure what to do, and I can't believe really that this is a true reflection of what is happening to us on Google every week. I know rankings change but surely Google aren't throwing us around like this? It is making doing any SEO on the site impossible because I never know where I stand. Any ideas or help would be wonderful. Thanks.

Looking for a tool that can pull OSE stats for a bulk amount of URLs
I know that people have developed inhouse tools with the OSE API that can analyze thousands of URLs and pull metrics like PA, inbound links, etc. I need to analyze about 80k URLs and sort them by authority and I was hoping that someone could point me to a tool that can do this or let me use their tool. I'm willing to pay for access to it. We could build it inhouse, I imagine that it would be pretty easy, but our IT resources are stretched too thin right now.

What's with the new Q&A set up?
In the old Q&A set up your response was automatically given a thumbs up by you so that you got a mozpoint for every response you gave. Now you have to manually thumb up your responses. Why was this change made? Can we get it back to the way it was?
