Google Places, Google Plus, Oh my!

Ok - So I am in the position to try and clean up the current Google places nightmare for a company. Right now there is about 3 or 4 different google places listings for them that they have no control over. So here is what I did:
1. I took control of them all by verifying via phone and confirmed all of them.
2. I suspended all the listings but 1
3. I edited the one listing to be accurate and complete.
Then I waited, and waited... A month later, the old listings are still up and none of the changes to the one listing have been made.Today it gets a bit more complicated. Today I created a Google+ page for the business which seems like it may end up adding yet ANOTHER Google Places listing, is that correct? They are sending a post card to verify, but I have the page all set up ready to go and plan on tying it to the website.
I am not exactly sure what my specific question is, but I am looking for any advice anyone has on the best way to go about this situation.

I agree with the others- Money Talks with Google, a walk through of the issues with the promise of paying for an advertising may be the quickest form of communication.
Sadly, they are making many changes there, a few things to keep in mind:
1. NAP - the absolute same everywhere on the web.
2. Verification Process/ Ownership/ Author Tags/ Publisher Tags- EVERYTHING is through a domain level email address. ALL references to your client's URL/ Business needs to be the exact same email address.
Good luck- it's a jungle in there- frankly Google+ is modifying and merging so quickly this spring it's difficult to keep up.

Why don't you call 1-855-500-2762 and tell Google you want to do an Express Ad but need to clean up your listings. You will at least get a live person and they should be able to help or point you in the right direction. Money talks right!? http://www.google.com/adwords/express/how-it-works.html

This is, indeed, complicated, and tough to give you specific advice without actually sitting down with you and the listings. My advice here will have to be general. *Note, I strongly advise you not to create any new listings of any kind for your client until you've resolved their issues.
You didn't mention your client's industry, but provided they are not a doctor or a lawyer, my recommendation to you would be to attempt to get into direct touch with Google via their data issues troubleshooter:

Log into your client's account, go through the troubleshooter and, if you're lucky, you may get Google's new phone number for data issues. This is the fastest way to seek resolution for duplicate listing issues that I know of. Again - don't move forward in any direction until you get this cleaned up or you will only be multiplying your problems. Hope this helps!

Google indexes page elements
Hello We face this problem that Google indexes page elements from WordPress as single pages. How can we prevent these elements from being indexed separately and being displayed in the search results? Google Published Date - Does Google Lie?
Here's the scenario. I create a page called "ABC" and it gets published and found by Google lets say on the 13th of April. on the 15th (or 14th) i decide to update the URL, page Title, and content. (Redirect old URL to new URL as well) Will Google still show this page as being published on the 13th? or would it update the publish date according to the new URL? How to optimize for different google seach center (google.de, google.ch) ?
We all use Deutsch language and (.com) domains for the sites. I ranked well in google.com ,but not so well in google.de , google.ch , my competitors ranked much better in google.de,google.ch. I checked most of their outbound-links, but get few information. Links from (.DE) domains or links from sites located in German help the rank for special google seach center ? (google.de, google.ch) . Or some other factors i missed? please help.

Not ranking on Google
Hi all, I am optimising a site which is a hotel directory for a small island in the Mediterranean - Malta. The site is www.maltahotelsonline.com. I did a keyword research and optimised the page. However I am now at link building stage. Since we do not have many links the site is still not ranking very well for the desired keywords (ranking fine on Bing and Yahoo yet not on Google). As a result there isn't much traffic on the site. 1. Is there any particular issue that you can spot on this site that is not allowing it to rank well on Google? 2. Any suggestions on link-building please?

How can I optimise for Google Products?
Has anyone got experience of optimising Google Products (Google Base) feeds? I've noticed that, although my site doesn't often appear on page one in the standard results, we occasionally appear right at the top because of the "universal" shopping results. My question is: how can we make this happen more often? There seems to be a lot less competition (presumably because our competitors haven't worked out how to provide the feed to Google yet!), so I imagine it should be easier and quicker to reach the top this way than any other way. How to remove a sub domain from Google Index!
Hello, I have a website having many subdomains having same copy of content i think its harming my SEO for that site since abc and xyz sub domains do have same contents. Thus i require to know i have already deleted required subdomain DNS RECORDS now how to have those pages removed from Google index as well ? The DNS Records no more exists for those subdomains already.

Where is Google pulling the date stamp information from?
I found date stamps in front of Google's SERP snippets always very helpful, but where exactly is Google pulling this information from? Some of my sites show dates from past year in the snippets although all of them have a current date stamp on the front page. Would love to make sure that all my sites have show latest date in the snippets.
