Hi All,
How you find out that how many links are low quality what are the area of consideration for finding the low quality link.
I have checked the Google webmasters for list of all site links. and finding out that few link have not found or have no PR, links from irrelevant theme.
Please tell me more about the low quality links.
Is disavow link helpful for removing those links from the website also?

Hi there
That's a good start, but there are a number of other factors you should check as well. On-page elements for each link should be reviewed, such as whether or not the link is contextual or not, if it appears in a blogroll or footer and what the other outbound links on the page are pointing. If they're going to a whole mix of irrelevant sites, chances are your link is on a link-farm.
The SEOMoz metrics of Page Authority and Domain Authority are really helpful in determining if a link is low quality or not. There's no magic number here and every case is different, but you may want to start with something like: Anything below 15 for domain authority might be a low quality link.
I'm also a big fan of MajesticSEO's trust score and citation score. The higher these scores the better, so again any link under 10 for either score could be considered as low quality.
You can check all of these metrics, along with PR if that's your thing (though I wouldn't pay too much attention to it), with the NetPeak checker. It's free and lets you check URLs on bulk for a wide range of metrics. I'd definitely check that out.
You might also find this SEOMoz blog post helpful.
Hope this helps get you going.

Link Auditing
Anyone have any useful ways to link audit? I'm stuck picking up the slack from a previous worker who decided buying links was a great idea for our clients.

About Link Earning?
I own an e-commerce store and I am get started with my SEO strategy. I know content is extremely important when it comes to link building, however for an e-commerce store what can I do as far as content. So far my only idea is blog posts. It's a furniture store so videos are really hard to do. The blog posts relate to home decor and interior design. My question is if people are going to be linking to my blog, will this help my website rank for product terms? The blog is part of the website, websitename.com/blog.

Beaten to death but still have to ask, low comp area spammy directory links
I have a client that wants to rank for low comp local keywords (i.e. service + suburban area). Would several well written blog posts on relevant blogs be more effective than 100's of low level spammy directory links? I just want to give him an initial base of a few links, aside from submitting to the local search engines such as those in whitespark citation finder..... please keep in mind this would be a low competition area where on-page would probably rank in the middle of the 2nd page.

Does focussing deep linking too much on one page have a negative impact elsewhere?
Hi, I'm just starting a backlinking campaign on a new website and am focussing on one deep page for client - focussing a lot of good quality backlinks on that one page. I'm aware that most of the other pages, including homepage, lack good backlinks. Can I go ahead and focus powerful backlinks on that one 'deep' page without a problem, or may that approach result in negative impacts on other pages' SERPs.

What to do with some good links I have?
I have some pretty strong links from relevant sources linking to the homepage of a site I deal with. The links are usually from a PR3-5 pages and display specific result about the linking site. Sometimes they come from badges. We offer several services, so sometimes the page is about one service and next time about the other. Currently all of my pages link to the homepage. Would it not be better to link to the specific product page related to the page I have? Also I can do a canonical to the service pages? Which would be best?
