Restarting SEO when you move to different state

Hi every one, I have been working on my local citations but I have a blog which has been up for 4 years and has about 500 blog posts but I was living in NJ before and there is loads of stuff from jersey and also I have a lot of errors which is way too much to go back and fix like thousands since I am a photographer and loads of images. Would I be better off starting a new blog in my new SC region?
my blog is feuzablogs.com and my main website is feuzareis.com so I thought of just doing a www.feuzareis.com/blog
is it too much google juice to miss out on? is changing locations worth keeping blogging at this previous blog or should I just leave it up and start a new one which will be focused on new location?
thanks

Thanks Miriam, well I do have 6 weddings there this year and the commute with kids is not so fun as I thought it would be so more of a hassle and really need business here for now. And the errors are years of errors before I did not know any better and like in the thousands, I don't see a way to bulk fix errors and thus why I considered new one, I was just not sure if I just left old one up and started fresh but then how long to start getting some page rank and authority ya know. decisions decisions.

Hi Feuza,
I like the idea of starting your new on-site blog at feuzareis.com/blog to begin showcasing your work in SC, and if handled properly, 301 re-directing the old blog to the new one might be a good idea, but if there is any chance that the old blog might still earn you business (for instance, if you would be willing to travel to NJ for great jobs), then it may well be worth it to fix those errors and continue to maintain that blog.

So do a redirect for www.feuzablogs.com to www.feuzareis.com/blog, yes I do have PR and DA. thanks.

Hello, since you have put 4 years into this site, I believe you should not just abandon it. Instead, set up your new blog or site which will be optimized for your new location. When your site is live, setup a 301 redirect from the original domain (s) to the new domain. This will forward some of the link juice to your new website. Even though the target keywords will have changed, you can benefit from the Page Rank, Domain Authority, etc...

Magento Multi Stores and seo
Hello all, im not that clued on SEO and only know the basics so please bear with me! I've just had built 5 different furniture retail websites, all of which will be selling the same products, but all priced differently and all of the sites will have different content etc on each one (4 of the 5 websites are on a multi store system with one back end on magento). The only thing that the 5 sites will have in common is the names of the products in the titles but all the content in the text and prices etc will all be different on each site, including articles and blogs… How will this sit with google in terms of rankings on each site? I know a lot of other companies that do this already and they all have good rankings on each site for their chosen keywords, the only difference between my scenario and theirs is 4 of my sites on the same back end which is mainly the ones i am concerned about… Any thoughts? thanks anthony

Duplicate Pages Different Content
Will duplicate pages different content hurt rankings/seo E-commerce Site is plugin style with WYSIWYG editor allowing for full customization, all pages are setup with basic default content. Ive created custom pages with content/keywords to begin seo on them I have two pages www.domain.com/sports/hockey and www.domain.com/nhl-tickets The first url is default, with a single H1tag, + Default Meta+Title tags, the second is the content rich page, and structured properly, both of which show up on the site, should I block the first url from displaying at all? The reason I am asking is because ive also setup breadcrumb links, which makes all of these category url's accessible on the site, I cannot edit breadcrumb links, we can either have them there or remove them. Thank you Very Much!!

How much weight does UGC really have in SEO
Hi Guys....One of my sites has a blog and the site does very well overall.....however managing the blogs comments (fighting spam...attacks...general monitoring and approval) is becoming to much trouble. The blog itself really gets fed from facebook and most of the blog comments are done here. I am thinking of removing the comment section on the blog and only responding to facebook comments.....I am concerned though how much weight the "user generated content" carries with regards to SEO...it has always been said that it does carry weight but what if i get traffic to these pages and links but remove the comments ability... just really wanted to hear some opinions on this and how much respect i should give UGC. thanks for your time

Is Creating a Lot of Content A Bad SEO Strategy?
In Danny Dover's book, Search Engine Optimization Secrets, he talks about how every page on your site should be at least a little linkworthy, or it is just sucking link juice from the rest of the site and not contributing any. Does this mean that creating a lot of content, (like a daily news article on your site that summarizes industry news or something similar) is not a good SEO strategy? Should you limit the amount of content pages on your site unless it can attract links or hits on one of your target keywords? Thanks!
