My campaigns were erase Why???

I had 4 campaigns set up and running and I had an issue with the credit card in my profile and I updated the information and now all my previous campaign have disappear.
Can somebody help me on this?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that. Good news, though: your campaigns should have been archived when you had the issue with your credit card. If so, you can simply reactivate them. To do this, navigate to http://pro.moz.com/campaigns and click on "Archived Campaigns" in the sub-menu. Then click the button labeled "Activate" next to each campaign in the list. Did that work?

New Campaign Set Up Completion/finishing issue !?
Hi I have just completed setting up a new campaign in Moz Analytics but when i press finish theres a graphic representing somehting updating/loading and then nothing happens like a message saying campaign set up complete and it just stays on same page. I filled out the two boxes to start my first campaign, hit the "next" button, and it seems to be frozen. It's been hours now and the next button is no longer available and nothing seems to be happening. Is that usual? Is it gathering information? Did I break Moz?

Unable to Access my Unfinished Campaign
Hello all, I tried to create a campaign for one of my clients but something happened and I had to stop somewhere in the middle. I tried to recreate it but it shows me the following message: “Oops, you already have a campaign named Willoby's Furniture. Please select a unique name for this campaign”. My problem is that I can’t access or see the unfinished campaign. A solution would be to create a new campaign and give it a different name. However, I would prefer to use this space for another client. Any suggestions? Many thanks, Elsa
