What are your top use cases for the grader tool?

The grading tool is used as a 10,000 foot view of the page. It analyzes to the webpage to look for the proper usage of exact keyword phrases throughout the webpage. It is not designed to analyze for synonyms or variations of keywords.
If you wanted to score a good grade for the variation you specified, then you would need to through that exact phrase in your Title, etc. Keep in mind, though, the grading tool is not an indication of great SEO, just an indication that you have used keywords in the locations most highly correlated with positive results.

The Moz Grader is grading by exact keyword match only, right now it does not function to grade based upon a phrase match or broad match... that would be a pretty sweet function though : ).
Generally speaking though (with right on-site), if you're optimizing your page well for your main keyword phrase "entertainment public relation firms"... Google is going to rank you for other phrase match terms as well. This of course is dependent upon other on-site factors like, keyword density of the article/website, site architecture, inner-site and off site links, etc.... I would suggest you look a little deeper into your overall site architecture as well so you understand how to organize your site content best for indexing. Here's a great Moz White Board Friday (WBF) on this topic. http://moz.com/blog/whiteboard-friday-flat-site-architecture

Explanation of rankings summary - Rankings in top 50 and Keywords that have moved up or down
Question on the exact definition / relationship between the summary of your rankings in the top 50 and the number of keywords that have moved up or down for your selected time frame. To me, I would expect the number of keywords that have moved up (or down) to be more than the sum of any upward movement for the top 50 For example, if it says we had (7) keywords that moved up to 1-3 and (5) moved up to 21-50 and then to the right of that it tells me we have had 5 keywords move up - what does that mean

Can I use wildcards "*" when setting up a new Moz campaign?
Basically I would like the Moz crawler to focus on a specific section of our domain. We do not bucket things via folder groups, so the use of wildcards would be applicable to us. Our URL structure: www.domain.com/some-stuff-here/p12345 Is the example below a valid input to track the above URL structure? www.domain.com//p Thanks.

New to MOZ and working with Web Mentions. Can I use operators?
Our name is HostDime but often put as Host Dime (2 words) by news sources and other sites. How do I set up my brand mention so I only get a notice when both words appear, in order, together. I don't want "That host is a dime" and such. Can I use a +Host +Dime?"Host Dime"? Do these operators work in MOZ?

Twitter Data Not Appearing in Tool or Reports
I have added our Twitter account and our Facebook account to our campaign. The Facebook data appears in our reports. However, the Twitter data does not. I have check to confirm that our account is connected, and it appears that it is. It has been connected for about a week, and we're still not seeing any data. What could be causing this, and how can we fix it?
