Where did my Campaigns Go?
Whenever your account is suspended, your campaigns are archived. The good news is that reviving archived accounts is really simple.Go to your Campaigns section: http://pro.moz.com/campaigns
At the top of the page there is a "Archived Campaigns" Tab, give it a click.
From here, you should easily be able to "activate" your campaigns. My Google Analytics profile won’t stay connected to my campaign and/or I am missing profiles in my GA Settings.
Google goes through a process called Oauth when it comes to authorizing access of services that are linked to your Google account. Under any single Google account, there are about 20 tokens account wide. Those tokens are used to provide access for a variety of services from Gmail to apps on your phone. Once you hit the limit, which is 20 for most users, the system automatically revokes the oldest token to provide a new one. I'm not certain if this is causing the issue on your account, but it is a great place to start troubleshooting.
You may be able to correct the issue by manually revoking your tokens to make room for new ones on your account and then reconnecting the account to Moz. Here are the instructions on how to do that:
- Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using.
- Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now.
- Once you are done with, that simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect.
The below process may also fix this issue for you.
- Head to your campaign settings page on your overview page.
- Disconnect your Google Analytics connection.
- Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you log into the correct GA account.
- Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data!
Oops! try refreshing page! I can’t access any of my Campaign data.
This issue is normally machine specific and can be a bit complex. An individual forum has been created to address this: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/28203486-Oops-Try-Refreshing-the-Page-Error-showing-on-all-pages-Unable to retrieve historical ranking CSVs.
Some users did not receive their requested Historical Rankings CSVs. This has mostly been affected by a change or update to your competitors after a campaign has been setup for a while. Please send your request to retrieve this data with http://moz.com/help/contact.

Really sorry about that Brett! I mentioned this in another thread here, but it's clear that our new move to funnel customers to self-help and then contact us through there isn't intuitive enough. I'll work on making a better flow that makes it clear how you can contact us easily. We do want people to post to the Q&A forums so they can get answers that might be of value to everyone, but there are certainly some issues that you need direct contact for. For those cases, visit http://moz.com/help/contact
We'll work on it. Thanks Brett!

Hello Brett,
I'm glad things are working for you now. During a birthday party, I responded to you on Twitter via my phone and directed you here, and checked several times and didn't hear back from you with further questions. I also responded to your private message on Facebook, and just again responded to you on Twitter (before I saw this, as your tweets didn't indicate things we working).
In the first paragraph of this Q&A, we do list the contact form for our help desk. I'll bold it to help make sure that the contact information is easier to spot.
I do apologize for the difficulties you've had, and glad things are working for you now.

I had a moz trial last month. It just ran out and tried to charge my card on the 17th and didn't go through. It retried my card on the 19th and went through. Now, I am able to re-activate my account through Pro, but if I go to Analytics and press "Activate" then nothing happens.
How can I activate my account in Analytics?
Also, how do I get support for Moz? I'm paying $99 a month. Is there any kind of support? I tried looking for a contact form, live chat, phone number.
There is no contact form, no ticket system, no live chat, no phone number. You guys are basically ghosts who are impossible to reach. It must look pretty bad to anyone who views this thread and sees that one of your customers feels the need to post here looking for help because he was unable to find it through any of the standard help channels.
edit
And of course, as I type this, I go into my Moz and it's working... Must have been a temporary outage or something. Still quite frustrating that I'm having to resort to such odd communication channels to attempt to reach someone.

Attempts to fix MOZ recommended issues resulted in drastic ranking drop.
I have a website built in SquareSpace. https://www.ruffhaus.com/ I recently started working with MOZ to track and improve organic SEO. After my initial site crawl, search visibility was reported at a waping 2.38%. Moz showed several critical crawler issues. Most were redirect, 4xx and long URL. So I started working on fixing the redirect and 4xx issues first. I thought this was a good thing. But now my already sad search visibility has dropped to .07% (-95.97%!). I also went from #1 on keyword, brand implementation plan (and 3 variations), to #27. What? Wondering where I went wrong and how to remedy? This is all new to me so I am sure I'm not providing all the info you need to answer my question. Hoping providing the site URL will help. Fire away!

Clarifications on the Moz Analytics package (Medium - $149 per month)
What are the Moz tools available with this package? What factors of SEO can be checked with these tools? With this package, is it possible to provide a single URL (preferably home page) and Moz will analyse the entire site and highlight how the site performs wrt various SEO factors? This package states that with this package we can run 10 Moz Analytics campaigns. Our understanding of Moz Analytics Campaign is every site; say www.test.com is one analytics campaign. Are we correct? Does the subdomains within a parent domain also considered as one analytics campaign. For e.g., if I have sites: www.mydomain.com and www.xxx.mydomain.com are they considered two separate campaigns or are they considered as one single campaign? In this package it is listed as 750 keywords, what does this signify? In what way this feature can be used to check our site’s SEO compliance. Please elaborate. In this package it is listed as 15 social accounts, what does this signify? In what way this feature can be used to check our site’s SEO compliance. Please elaborate. What do you mean by branded reports?

Not able to access Moz pro page and my campaigns
Hi, I could not able to access my campaign pages (pro home page). I received the below issue while logged into my account. This webpage has a redirect loop The webpage at http://moz.com/pro/home has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer. Learn more about this problem. Error code: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I have checked on both firefox, chrome browsers after cleared the history and cookies. Also checked with different ISP providers. But received the same. Has anyone experienced the same? Plz help.

Moz Staff: History + Watch List
Hi All, I have been going crazy trying to find a thread I read last week ... I think!
Getting Started | | Mark_Ch
Several search attempts later, no closer to finding the thread in question. A genius moment or simple frustration got me thinking. How cool would it be to have the following features on MOZ Q&A Forum. Watch List
1] Check off any threads that you would like to monitor over time. Should you stumble upon a thread of value then simply add to watch list and view it's progress over time. No searching for the thread in question. History
2] Keep a history off all threads viewed over a period of time. Thanks Mark0 -
Why can't I add more than one campaign in my trial version of MOZ?
Hi, I'm on the 30 day trial and I can only run one campaign right now. I thought I could add in 5 campaigns. When I go into Manage Campaigns the 'add a campaign' button is light blue and I can't click it. Is this just because I'm on the trial? Or should I be able to add 4 more campaigns?

Moz's official stance on Subdomain vs Subfolder - does it need updating?
Hi, I am drawing your attention to Moz's Domain basics here: http://moz.com/learn/seo/domain It reads: "Since search engines keep different metrics for domains than they do subdomains, it is recommended that webmasters place link-worthy content like blogs in subfolders rather than subdomains. (i.e. www.example.com/blog/ rather than blog.example.com) The notable exceptions to this are language-specific websites. (i.e., en.example.com for the English version of the website)." I am wondering if this is still Moz's current recommendation on the subfolders vs subdomains debate, given that the above (sort of) implies that SE's may not combine ranking factors to the domain as a whole if subdomains are used - which (sort of) contradicts Matt Cutts last video on the matter ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MswMYk05tk ) which implies that this is not the case and there is so little difference that their recommendation is to use whatever is easiest. It would also seem to me that if you were looking through the eyes of Google, it would be silly to treat them differently if there were no difference at all other than subdomain vs subfolder as one of the main reasons a user would use a sud-domain is a technical on for which it would not make sense for Google to treat differently in terms of its algorithm. I notice that in terms of Moz, while most of the site uses subfolders, you do have http://devblog.moz.com/ - and I was wondering if this is due to a technical reason or conscious decision, as it would seem to me that the content within this section is indeed linkworthy (as it has external links pointing to it from external sources), therefore it would seem to not be following the initial advice that is posted in Moz's basics on domains. Therefore I am assuming it is due to a technical reason - or that Moz's adive is out of date with current Moz thinking, and is indeed in line with Matt C in that it doesn't matter. Cheers
